Jump roping is one of my favorite things to do. I’ve been obsessed since 2014. I remember the joy it brought me when I first started. I was so into it that I would do it over two hours in my backyard. I whipped myself so many time but I never gave up and one day I mastered the double under 🥳 which is one of the most difficult tricks. Jump roping is by far one of the best conditioning tool out there so if you want results, go get your speed rope today. Summer is around the corner y’all 😏💕 How many double unders did you count?
