Freehand painting can create beautiful, bright, and subtle highlight effect when the correct techniques are applied. It is all about picking the right canvas, placement and saturation levels.
If the hair is too coarse or too dark your much better off doing your service in foil for optimum lift. Generally I stick to level 6 or lighter for out of foil work.

My entry for #shadowpresleypoe
I've always had an interest in hair and makeup and considered making it a career but that became a distant dream when my life was completely derailed five years ago. I was in a car accident that permanently altered my life, and now I live with a chronic pain condition. I thought my dreams went out the window that day. It's been five years of fighting to get through each and every day, slowly trying to overcome my illness; however, I am finally at a point with my health where I am able to work towards my dreams again. Six months ago I took a leap of faith, even thought I wasn't certain that my illness would allow me to succeed. Every day is still a struggle, especially with such a physically demanding career path. Despite the difficulties, I love what I am doing, no matter how rough it is on my body. I am the happiest I have been in years. I have finally decided to take back my life. I am not my illness! I will no longer let it define me or what I can do! Winning this contest would prove to me that I've made the right choice and all my struggles so far, and those to come, are worth it.
Happy belated Valentine’s Day! I was busy being a chaperone for my moms middle school Disney field trip! After 3 days with eight 8th grade boys, I think I need a bubble bath and to sleep for 96 hours straight! For this color I used all of our Demi+ line! It is 93% naturally derived, and has a blend of kikui, sunflower, castor, and jojoba oils to add shine and improve condition of damaged hair.
Lets chat babes about brassy hair!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Brunette almost always pull 🧡warm when lightened. Our underlying pigments are literally red and orange. When dark hair is lightened, 90% of the time those warm pigments are exposed. It’s very important to understand at home maintenance, like sulfate free 🧼 shampoos. Toning your hair every 6 weeks to avoid seeing those “brassy” tones you might not like peek out again is also great . I know how much you miami girls hate “the brass”💅🏽 #hairwithclare#kairoshairsalon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Basically I did bablights on her hair using @wellaeducation blondor and the rest of balayage I used @wellaeducation Blondor clay with 20% + wellaplex Wash with @fanola no yellow and glaze with @wellaeducation color touch. Styling with @oribe prodects my favorite. If y have any questions please leave a comment down below.
Color correction my client has a lot of breaking ends first I sealed her hair with @oribe sealed serum just to protect any breaking ends I start from the back because the back section it’s so dark and it’s gonna take longer to left I used @schwarzkopfusa Blonde me with 15% volume in the dark section and 7% in the light section no heat at all. Shadow roots + glaze with color Touch @wellaeducation@wellahairusa if you would like to know the formula give me like and comment down below👇👇 and I will send it to you.
