I was born long ago
I am the chosen I'm the one
I have come to save the day
And I won't leave until I'm done
So that's why you've got to try
You got to breath and have some fun
Though I'm not paid I play this game
And I won't stop until I'm done
But what I really want to know is
Are you gonna go my way?
Witch tip # 1: rainy night photo shoots add a boost to your witchy aesthetic.
I've had a problem lately with my attitude towards rain. I always find myself saying "it's such a crappy day, I don't want to go outside today." While not wanting to go outside is fine, having the attitude that the day is crappy just because it's raining is not.
Water is sacred, without it nothing green would grow, no animals (including us) could live. The fact that it's literally falling from the sky is a blessing from the earth. Rainy days should be celebrated, even if you feel like staying inside cozy and dry.
I'm going to start with a simple shift in my language. Instead of "what crappy weather," I'm going to say "what rainy weather." Instead of "It's gross out," I'll say "It's so wet out." And when it is rainy, I'm going to take a moment and appreciate how lucky we are to have wet, rainy days.
I'm curious to see what kind of effect this will have on my overall mindset.
