Somewhere in Australia
John and Jeremy, two perfectly normal eleven-year-old boys, entered cell #17 on the 2nd floor of the Old Melbourne Gaol with tiny, soft steps. It wasn’t the first time they were here – they had both visited the place with their perfectly normal fathers at some point of time in the past, but it was their first time here alone. .
This, of course, did not mean they had to be afraid, but… .
…the thing was that they had just watched without permission “Avengers: Endgame” – in a covert operation of their own design, and the movie had an unsettling effect they had not expected.
“In all of my years of conquests, violence, and slaughter – it was never personal.” This had to be the two boys’ favorite conversation in the movie. This made them bloodthirsty and nauseous at the same time.
The cell was empty, so they relaxed a little and John pointed to Jeremy the text of the wall.
“You see? It is written that people used to tell what kind of person one was based on the shape of the skull.”
“So?”, asked Jeremy. He wasn’t supposed to be here and he knew that breaking twice in one day the unwritten rule, that he shouldn’t indulge in violence on this own, could get him in trouble. .
“So? What do you mean by ‘So?’ The moment Thanos appeared on the screen, it was more than obvious that he had a skull of a criminal, although he was an alien. What I really wonder is, why Ironman doesn’t have a skull of a saint?”
And that’s that.

"If you are mentally strong, this post likely does not apply to you. I do, however hope you read anyway because there are likely people in your circle who seem very happy and well put together but may be well skilled at hiding their depression from others. If someone were to reach out for help or a listening ear it is my hope that more people will learn to practice compassion and judgment-free listening. Empathy and love are a scarcity in this world and I just want to do my part to provide the other side of the story to promote understanding above all else..."

I know it hurts, but it's going to be okay. I know you can't get up, but it's going to be alright. I know you feel suffocated, but it will be fine. For all the broken pieces that fell off from you, for each of those sharp pieces of your heart that have been shattered numerous times, I will pick it up. I will make sure they all get picked up even though I bleed, I suffer but I am going to make sure you're going to be okay. I'm going to make sure you get all the happiness that you deserve. I'll try to curate all those pieces, I can't promise but I will try. But if I don't, I will just be there with all the bruises and make sure you smile.

How are you feeling today? Have you abandoned yourself? Pay close attention to how you are feeling. For the next 6-weeks on FRIDAYs, I will be sharing six steps to "Inner Bonding" to help you with "Self Love." Looking forward to interacting with you!! Step one: Take a deep breath and connect with your body, mind, and soul. It's ok to embrace ALL of your feelings. These feelings come in the form of doubt, fear, rejection, abandonment, or self judgement. When we face these feelings and move towards them, you are holding yourself accountable for YOUR feelings. This step prevents you from making someone else responsible for your feelings.
Always remember that you are "MADE WITH L❤VE"💕
