Mamas, do you sometimes have trouble falling asleep?
We have such a huge mental load and have so much running through our minds that it can be hard to unwind and switch off enough to get a good nights sleep.
I’ve recently found this mediation on @insighttimer and it’s really good. It’s great at helping me to relax, let go and prep my mind for sleep.

I’m still fighting to get back to how I was pre-baba.
It’s only been 3 weeks but for some reason I assumed it would be easier.
Getting to the gym between feeds, eating healthy etc
The only thing I’ve realised now is how unrealistic that idea was.
Due to having Tiny Human attaches at the nipple 23 out of the 24 hours in the day, I’m lucky to be able to get up to shower alone.
I need to focus on healing myself, my mind and my body, before caring about getting back to Pre-Me.
Even though Pre-Me was fit and thin, I wouldn’t give up even a second of what I have now, to be that again. Not if that means I didn’t have Him.
Post-Me is someone I should love, because I’m a lot stronger than I ever imagined I could be.
Giving myself a break is something I deserve.
