🤸♂️Creative minds are rarely tidy🤸♂️
I’ve missed practicing yoga for a few days which is a first in a very long time, even if I only practice for 20 minutes I get to my mat but some things are more important than yoga and when you have the urge to be creative off the mat, those productive moments which just flow are such fun and even though it was work related it really didn’t feel like it.
It’s good to notice the times we really just enjoy a process and completely relax whilst be creative without any feeling of competition.
Whether it’s cooking, writing, drawing, building, painting, dancing, singing, whatever it may be, find time to do it more!
A quick little morning practice, I was playing around with hip stability moving from a kind of curtesy squat going as low as I could to then opening the top hip and extending the top leg into half moon posture with a block already lined up under my shoulder in line with the standing foot’s little toes, after just 5 it really set my hips and butt on 🔥
In crow I practiced tapping my toes to the back of my wrists for core strength.
Practice sped up x 9.

It was a good experience meeting @benwichert , one of the coolest judge that I've met. Got down in 1 on 1 hip hop but couldn't make it on the floor like I wanted. Definitely focusing more on the points and feedback that he gave me. Still have a lot more to practice and go deeper in my journey of dance. #needtowakeup#drillsagain#backtopractice#hiphopartists
I’ll never get over how good a valve can look when properly lapped and cleaned! This matte finish holds the oil and should signify a perfect amount of clearance between the rotor and the wall of the rotor casing. When you develop streaks around the rotor this means the rotor bearings need attention first and not the surface per se(I know this is counter intuitive but I see MANY techs using this approach). It’s is cheaper and faster to buff and polish the rotors if they are tipping in the casing and you buff and polish them, not only will you make the problem worse, you will also create a surface that oil doesn’t want to stick to in order to continually lubricate itself. #dontbuffrotors#nofilter#newhornsoon#backtopractice#elementalbrass#brass#horns#horn#customhorns#eb1#eb2#eb1r
