We used to talk about the future as if it’s something we can control 🤞
I love talking and exchanging stories with models, sometimes along the way I’ll meet someone who is mind-to-mind with my thoughts, and I’m glad this girl is one of those people 🙌 @ambermeman
Are you still an explorer?🤔 Sometimes we forget our adventurous spirit, that one that we had when we were kids; from time to time, it is always good to stop and free our mind from all the stress and problems we have and get renergized with this spirit!!!!,👈

When I woke up this morning I peered out my bedroom window hoping for another dusting of snow. Although I was disappointed to find my yard was back to normal, I was so grateful I was able to experience the magic of yesterday. #dreamsdocometrue

Got this quote from the Blue movie premiere that @caliwoods_eco presented the other night and it packs a wallop. After last sailing season experiencing so much rubbish and plastic in the sea, and literally swimming in it, this huge problem has become something I’ve want to focus on while traveling and through my media outlets. So far, I’ve been making strides in my own life to reduce and reuse — like reusable bottles, cutlery, and mugs which takes no effort at all to switch. Just habit forming. But now, after this event, I want to do more and become more engrained in this community fighting for a change and to reverse the effects on our planet. People like @thecommonwanderer as well have totally switched on and are making incredible pushes for others to make these changes with then and to get everyone on board. .
While in Kaikoura, I got to witness a whale surfacing for the first time in my life. It was one of the most magical moments I ever experienced...seeing the spout and the tail as it descended back into the depths. And to think that the next generation may never snorkel with fish or be awed by whales or spot dolphins on the horizon is a reason to start getting involved in anything you can to help our planet.
We are all connected by the sea, and we are all creatures of earth, yet it is us humans that have the biggest negative impact, or can make the biggest positive impact as well. It’s our choice. What do you choose? Will you come along for the journey and also go the distance for positive change with me?
I haven’t focused much on this except as an individual, because I didn’t know how to join the bigger picture, or worried maybe it’d be too different from my normal travel posts it’d push people away...but I don’t care about that. I want to be involved as much as I can to eliminate plastics, clean up our environment, and push for broad reaching change. Hope you’ll join me! ♻️🌊🌏✌️
I seriously get the WORST luck flying. My flight has been delayed tonight for yet another delayed flight to add to my resume... so in the extra time I had, I decided to share another photo from the Southwest before taking the aforementioned posting break! This slot canyon was pretty incredible and at one point the with of the floor was the exact size of my boot - so narrow!!
Friday night ready.
The most critical decision for the next few hours is red or white? Who else is ready?!?! 😃🍷🥂🍷😃

“not all heroes wear capes”. a long standing joke amongst those in the health profession.. it’s a pun meant to be sarcastic but the funny thing is I don’t think most doctors think this way.. as much as I talk about breaking away from the stress of it all there’s nothing else I see myself doing. the feeling of truly helping a person find health in their most vulnerable moments falls short of words.. some heroes are human.. they don’t need capes, just hero sized hearts! shoutout to all the healthcare professionals out there in the grind; especially those working this Christmas!! #corny#buttrue#worthit
#aboutme it’s ironic that medical students are expected to lose themselves in medicine while learning how to find health in others.. it’s an easy trap to fall into but I’m tired of it. I’m hoping that capturing #art with photography will help motivate me to stay grounded to what matters most #passion#love#family#friendship#happiness staying connected to humanity and learning how to truly understand people through life experience is something you can’t learn in textbooks or school #becomeabetterperson#becomeabetterdoctor ———————————————————
