New client with "rib pain" when he does seated rows. It's been bothering him for some months, but he still does the exercise. He pointed to an area between his shoulder blades, and after poking around I found the exact spot near his middle/upper thoracic spine. NKT testing showed overworking middle traps and underworking lats. In a rowing exercise these 2 muscles work together to retract the scapula. When one becomes neurologically under active the other can become over active. Released the mid trap and activated the lat. No more "rib" pain. Challenged it by doing seated rows with a band, still no pain. Lifestyle is echt een begrip bij Oneteam. Dat heb ik vanaf 2017 echt geleerd. Zie hier het resultaat vanaf dan tot aan nu:

Foto 2: eind 2018. Gedurende dat jaar was dat mijn huidige shape

Mijn huidige shape komt door het sportprogramma P.i.P. Met dit programma ben ik 2 januari mee gestart en heeft een duur van 16 weken. Nu zit ik op de helft, de fysieke verandering kan alleen maar beter worden. Focus & volgen is de key. Ik ben er nog niet, maar nu al tevreden met de behaalde resultaat. 
Dit houdt P.i.P in:
Een personal intensive program. Dit programma duurt ongeveer 12 a 16 weken(afhankelijk van wat jouw ultieme doel is)
Het is gebasseerd op een wedstrijdvoorbereiding bij oneteamlifestyle. P.I.P wordt met dezelfde intentie en intensiteit gegeven.
Om deel te kunnen nemen  aan P.I.P moet je zeker een jaar lang een intensieve fitness achtergrond hebben of eerst een half jaar trainen bij oneteamlifestyle.

Вопрос у меня возникает - кому должна и зачем? 
Слабость - это беспомощность, немощность.. Нет! не нравится мне такое определение женственности. ⠀

Если не путать эти понятия с немощностью и анорексичной худобой - стройное подтянутое тело создаётся годами тренировок и правильного питания. 
Огромное заблуждение предполагать, что штанга может сделать кого-то менее женственным (без употребления стероидов, конечно). ⠀ 
К счастью, уже не все женщины думают, 
что мышцы сделают их мужеподобными. 
Но, все же, еще есть девушки, которые считают, что физическая и личностная сила сделает их непривлекательным. (И к сожалению, это порой еще вбивается в головы маленьких девочек.) ⠀ 
Вырастая, они не понимают, что Сила - это Энергия. ⠀

There’s a reason why you see me do the same things every day, because it works. I fucking love progression, and getting better and better at something, and here it is clear to see. 
Just keep going. IF you love it and IF you want it bad enough, there will be a difference when you look back. 
I’ve had a couple messages recently saying that they’ve lost X amount of weight and can’t lose the fat around their stomach etc, and I can only really reply with one thing. Consistency. If you stay consistent, it WILL happen.

Hey Leute 🐷, es ist nicht einfach seine shredded Form loszulassen. Vor allem auch richtig weit aufzubauen. Bis man halt wirklich ein ziemlichen Haufen auch an Fett angesetzt hat. Das gehört aber einfach dazu. Um wirklich richtig Muskeln aufzubauen setzt sich einfach Fett an früher oder später. Mach dir aber gar keine Sorgen deswegen. Es ist einfach eine notwendige Phase für die Verbesserung deiner Endform. Denk einfach an deine shredded Form und dann denke daran dass du diese bald nochmal übertreffen wirst. Ein super Beispiel ist einfach die Raupe 🐛 die zum Schmetterling 🦋 wird hehe. Genau so ist es bei uns auch aus der Masse wird einfach wieder mehr Klasse 😉. Also hab gar keine Angst.
Fett zu verlieren ist easyyyy, richtig Muskeln rauf packen und diese zu erhalten ist die richtige Kunst 😏👊🏽. Hau rein Buddy Masse ist macht und mögen die Gainz mit dir sein 💪🏽💪🏽. Euer Bizen 😊✌🏽

دو فیزیک کلاسیک ناب بریون انسلی و کریس بومستد

در سومین دوره از برگزاری رقابت های کلاسیک فیزیک در مستر المپیا 2018 ، بریان انسلی توانست برای دومین سال پیاپی قهرمان کلاسیک فیزیک المپیا شود.

این ورزشکار که سال گذشته نیز همانند امسال با اختلاف اندکی نسبت به کریس بامستد قهرمان شده بود امسال تنها با اختلافی یک امتیازی توانست قهرمانی را از آن خود کند.

نکته ی قابل توجه این است که اختلاف امتیاز انسلی و بامستد در المپیا ۲۰۱۷ سه امتیاز و در المپیای امسال تنها یک امتیاز بود و کریس بامستد که به اعتقاد بسیاری از طرفداران با کاندیشنینگ صد در صد در رقابت ها حاضر نشده بود اگر با پکیجی کامل تر به روی استیج می آمد میتوانست این ورزشکار را شکست دهد و تبدیل به سومین قهرمان کلاسیک فیزیک در مستر المپیا شود اما این اتفاق رخ نداد و شاهد قهرمانی دوباره ی بریان انسلی در این رقابت ها بودیم.

*1. Controls weight*

Ça y est tu t’es décidé à être tout beau dans ton maillot pour cet été, tu t’es inscrit à la salle et tu fais attention à ce que tu manges. Mais on te dit tout et son contraire à propos du lait. Depuis que tu es petit, on te répète que tu dois prendre 3 produits laitiers/jour parce qu’il y a plein de calcium dedans donc que c’est bon pour tes os.
En Asie, c’est pas du tout dans la culture d’en consommer, et pourtant leurs os se portent très bien ! Le pire c’est qu’en occident, il y a plus d’ostéoporose qu’ailleurs. Alors les garçons, vous allez me dire que ça vous concerne moins (mettons que ça soit un truc de filles même si c’est pas vrai mais bon…), dommage car ça augmente aussi le cancer de la prostate (en gros, ça contient des facteurs de croissance, ce qui veut dire que ça peut fabriquer des tumeurs).
Retiens-ça : le lait de vache est fait pour le veau. Le veau grandit super vite (1kg/jour… si si). Il y a beaucoup de calcium dans le lait de vache mais trop pour toi sauf si tu vis au soleil 365 jours/an. Pourquoi ? Parce que sans vitamine D, ça ne sert à rien car sans elle ça ne fixe pas sur tes os.
Déjà ça c’est pas jojo, mais en plus si tu prends trop de produits laitiers, ton corps devient acide et ça aggrave encore plus ton risque d’ostéoporose. Tu me demanderas comment faire pour le rendre basique alors ? Les légumes verts vont faire le job et contiennent du calcium en dose CORRECTE. C’est pas beau ça ?
Préfère donc les laits végétaux. Je te conseille ce lui que tu préfères : soja, amande, riz, avoine, coco, noisette, épeautre, chanvre, etc.
