🎓 The Effect of Grip Width and Hand Orientation on Muscle Activity During Pull-ups and the Lat Pull-down.

🎓 HAND ORIENTATION: Lusk et al. conducted a study to analyze whether grip width (wide and narrow) and forearm orientation (supinated and pronated grip performed at both grip widths) had any effects on muscle activity during lat pull-downs. Using 70% 1RM, they found that a pronated grip elicited a 9% greater muscle activation of the latissimus dorsi as opposed to a supinated grip. In contrast, they found no difference in biceps brachii or mid-trapezius muscle activity between a supinated or pronated grip. A similar study investigating the differences in muscle activity levels between the wide grip (pulled to the anterior and posterior) and narrow grip (supinated and pronated grip) lat pull-down, by Signorile et al., demonstrated that a pronated grip elicits a higher muscle activation of the latissimus dorsi compared with a supinated grip.

🎓 GRIP WIDTH: Lehman found no significant difference in the muscle activation of the biceps and the latissimus dorsi between the narrow supinated grip and wide pronated grip lat pull-downs.

🎓 Only the study by Sperandei et al. that has compared the wide grip lat pull-downs with the front and behind neck with a standardized grip width and hand orientation demonstrated higher latissimus dorsi and posterior deltoid muscle activity during lat pull-downs to the front, compared with behind neck.

Alimento hidrolizado es un alimento procesado de tal forma que alguna de las moléculas que lo componen se han sub-dividido (hidrolizado). Hey deja la debilidad ya!!! Por que este producto es una cosa fuera de serie, la fuerza va xq va, asi como el tamaño y hasta mas "reps" vas a tirar en el gym. Es como entrenar "boosted"! Después de la 1era semana de estarlo usando vas notando el poder lo malo es que cuando se acaba no quieres dejar de tomarlo🤣

So, after the 180kg, I thought, fuck it, and tried the 200kg. Felt comfortable, and the power up was all there, it's just the control down that was difficult as it switched between supination points, but I can get that through that with some isotonic squats, or Anderson squats. Also, I could have gone 4-5 inches deeper, as it felt comfortable, but for a first rep PB, I was just making sure I didn't blow out. Anyway, no man wouldn't go a few inches deeper, if given a second chance... insert innuendo meme... regardless, 200kg Squat, 1 rep: New PB!

Hypertrophy is the increase in the volume of a given tissue or organ. It does not include an increase due to the development of adhesions or accumulation of fat, or due to the proliferation of cells. Hypertrophy is due only to the enlargement of the cells of the given tissue or organ. It occurs in permanent cells. 
The hypertrophy occurs as a result of increased demand. Depending on the result of the removal of this demand the hypertrophy is divided into:

⏺physiological hypertrophy – the tissues return to their initial state after the demand is removed,pathological hypertrophy – the tissues do not return to their initial state even after the demand is removed.
⏺Compensatory hypertrophy occurs in response to increased load of a certain organ, e.g. when a person has a heart defect. In this condition either the valve through which the heart has to push the blood contracts or the valves are not completely closed. In both cases, more work is required from the heart. Muscle cells increase their volume and accumulate myofibrils. The heart can also increase in size in healthy people – for example, athletes. With large physical loads, the cardiovascular load increases, which results in compensatory hypertrophy
⏺Regenerative hypertrophy occurs when one part of an organ dies or is removed. The remaining cells of this organ increase their volume and start to work more intensively, to compensate the loss. This is possible, for example, in kidney and liver diseases.
⏺Vicarious hypertrophy develops on loss of one of the two double organs. The remaining organ assumes the entire load and increases significantly. This happens for example after removing of the one kidney.

MESOMORFO: ē il fisico perfetto,caratterizzato da una struttura perfettamente proporzionata e muscolosa.Le spalle sono larghe,la vita stretta,gli addominali sono spessi e il torace ampio.Questi soggetti sono portati per molti sport,anche se non ē detto che siano tutti campioni.
ENDOMORFO:ē caratterizzato da un elevata percentuale di grasso corporeo.Le spalle sono alte e curve,il collo corto,le gambe e la parte superiore del corpo hanno una lunghezza e larghezza piu o meno uguali.Tendono ad accumulare grasso facilmente sul petto,inoltre I glutei sono pieni e molli.Molti di loro hanno problemi di sovrappeso.
ECTOMORFO:sono alti,delicati,esili con una muscolatura quasi inesistente e un ossatura finissima.Gli arti sono lunghi e il tronco corto,il grasso corporeo bassissimo.Difficilmente si ottengono risultati dal punto di vista dell ipertrofia muscolare.
