I hope everyone had a good bank holiday weekend. If you’re someone who has indulged over the weekend and your goal in the gym is to lose weight I can pretty much guarantee that you’ll have this enormous amount of guilt today. But don’t worry, we’re allowed to enjoy ourselves every once in a while, you could just class the weekend as a diet break, just as long as you get back on top of things today and the rest of the week you’ll be fine.
Just because you had a few days off doesn’t mean you’ll be back to square one again, nothing would of changed at all, if it did it will be very minimal.
So don’t think that you’ve failed your diet or yourself or your diet. * If you don’t have enough time to do what you want to do, try to stop watching BS stories of people you don’t even know or like, see how much more free time you will have.
* If you can’t start eating healthy, try cutting out all the most damaging foods as a first step.
* If you’re often angry or irritated , try cutting out some negative thoughts you’ve been pouring into yourself.
If we would just stop being busy just to be busy and directed all that energy to something that really matters and towards our purpose...

Her tip is don’t wish, just do it!! Sibel started on the nutrition program, she got fed up with looking at other women saying I WISH I HAD A BODY LIKE HER! She was unhappy in herself as well as being unhealthy so she took massive action to change her mindset & daily disciplines to be able to say I AM ONE OF THOSE WOMEN INSTEAD OF WISHING!
