We all live in a world 🌎 where your #closest people never reveal their true colours 👹.
Instead of hating on them because of this, I think we should learn to #accept that this is a part of their nature 🤷.
Don't worry about people's opinion too much 😎 because at the end of the day you may end up with a #regret of never being able to that thing which sucks 😥.

While we were returning, my friend suggested we go back to buy a dress, to at least get the opportunity to give her a piece of our mind and let her know my friend understood what she said in Igbo.
Eventually, we decided against it.
You probably would be thinking, if we don't buy it, other people would. This is the kind of mindset that would hurt your business.
~No customer ever puts "I will definitely buy from you" on their forehead.
~Not all customers are decisive, be patient with the indecisive ones.
~Your customer's ego should be buttered up not shattered.
~You don't know who the big customer could be, so treat each customer like they're the only ones who would ever patronise you.
~One "seemingly insignificant" customer could make you lose all your customers. Just imagine if I had mentioned the name of the store here.
~Put your personal issues aside when attending to customers. Your business image/reputation matters a lot.
I am no business expert, this is just my observation based on my personal experience(s).
Have you also experienced a bad customer service and as a result didn't patronise? Please feel free to share your experience.
P.S: Please do not disclose the identity of the business/brand.

After work yesterday, my friend and I decided to go get some groceries at the market, on our way we saw a boutique. Because we're both bent on changing our wardrobes, we hopped into the shop without hesitation. *
In the shop, we met two ladies; the owner and her friend. My friend saw a dress and out of excitement about the dress, did a little dance (you'd do that a lot if you walk with me). Despite knowing fully well that she danced out of excitement, the owner of the shop said, "Please go to that side if you know it's dance you want to dance". *
Babe mellowed and kept checking for different dresses. She eventually found 3, all of which I liked, 1 of which I wanted for myself. We tried making small talks with the owner who was also the attendant while checking for clothes all efforts were futile, as though we had previously provoked her. It was so bad that at some point, I had to tell her "I think you're supposed to be friendlier with us than you are". She started grinning while talking, which apparently was fake.
Because we loved the dresses, we ignored her attitude and asked for the prices of the dresses anyways. She deliberately inflated the price and made no sign of wanting to reduce it. (A lady walks in). After this, she turned to my friend and all of a sudden, held her thighs and said, "You need to add more bumbum". (This is someone who has been ignoring since o.)
The lady who walked in interjected saying, "You need to be doing sit up" (Ignorance na bad thing! Na sit up dey make person add bumbum?).
Anyways, back to the gist. My friend dropped the clothes and asked us to leave, we stormed out.
I, personally, thought we left because she mentioned her body, but she revealed the lady was giving us the silent treatment because the moment we entered she told her friend, in Igbo, that we looked like unserious buyers.
She was wrong! We were keenly interested in the clothes, ready to buy even.

Let's debunk the get-rich-quick fallacy floating around everywhere. Yes it's great clickbait and people are inherent lazy and would love to start a business with no money, no time and no skills.. ⠀
But cmon, that's not going to happen. People give you money when you provide some sort of value. It can be through results. Like I do with my clients and Amazon FBA. ⠀
I get paid because I help them start a profitable business. Maybe you help people lose weight or sell clothes. You make them feel better about themselves.⠀
There's a thousand business models out there. But they all boil down to providing value for the person giving you the money.⠀
If you have no skills, how can you provide value? If you have no time, how can you provide value?⠀
The best thing you can do for yourself is realize, that success often times takes time and persistence. But if you are willing to spend 2-3 years on 1 thing, you will make it.⠀
However, spend those 2-3 years on 4-5 different business models and you'll likely fail with them all. Pick 1 business model and ride that boat until successful.⠀
You may be entitled to receive money damages from a property owner if you are the victim of an assault or robbery while lawfully on the owner’s property. The owner of the property has a duty to keep the property safe and warn you of dangerous conditions known or should have known existed. Under premises liability, the owner is held liable for damages proximately caused by the breach of the duty to warn. These duties may require the use of alarms, fences, lighting, security gates, security guards, video surveillance, etc.

Dreams don't work unless you do! Any successful entrepreneur will agree that it starts with a dream and desire to achieve.
I remember when I became a #workfromhomemom and started my beauty business. I read everything I could about promotion and using the internet to grow a biz. I was/am dedicated learning and building myself. Today, I'm a growing #bossbabe👑 with an Entrepreneurial mindset.
I work with and coach #womeninbiz and often hear they feel like the business is failing. The first thing I'm able to identify with all is the lack of time put into growing.
The saying "if you but it they will come", is misunderstood. It does not mean that if you're a new blogger, people will flock to the blog. It does not mean telling your friends you started a new #directsales business will bring your 1st pay check. It does not mean if you open a salon, people will call.
You've got to build yourself and be known and trusted.
The 1st thing any entrepreneur needs to learn is how to market themselves and products/services.
You're responsible for building your empire! The internet is loaded with free resources that can be applied to any business. If you're in the #directsales industry, consult with your leader. Their job is to help you succeed.
If you don't have a biz coach find a well known person in your industry and watch and learn from what they are doing.
Keep dreaming BIG and push yourself to master your business.

.I know moving forward the toughest hurdle to be faced is the culture that is being built within my team. Having 35 people including support staff, all with their own passions, beliefs and goals. Constant check-ins with them will be the most important execution.
.Are you building a team/#organization ? I'm curious, what do you do to build culture? Drop it in the comments below
Ever reach out to someone in hopes of hearing back — never to successfully get in touch?
Maybe it was for an exciting opportunity,
A promising partnership.
A great networking connection.
Whatever it may be, the reality is, everyone has so much going on in there life, you can’t expect them to prioritize your message.
Anticipate this and go into outreach, knowing you will need to follow up. I’d suggest 3-5 times.

Identify Problems & Challenges But... Identify Problems & Challenges But give your focus & attention to the solutions & results.
Hello all Amazing Entrepreneurs, as per my word I'm here with a post about how to identify problems & challenges in your business.
You believe it or not, identifying problems or challenges also depend on your mindset. The more clearer you are, the more clearly you will identify setbacks. Here I'm emphasizing on the "Power Of Clarity." Do you know many times, business organizations or entrepreneurs wasting a lot of money, time & resources in beating around the bush, in solving that crucial issue which could be solved with ease if fast & accurate identification would had been made.
According to one surveywhich represented 91 private and public-sector companies in 17 countries, 85% strongly agreed or agreed that their organizations were bad at problem diagnosis, and 87% strongly agreed or agreed that this flaw carried significant costs.
Scientist like Albert Einstein & Management Consultant Peter Drucker have emphasized the importance of properly diagnosing the problems. So why to direct your energy somewhere else where it is not required.
Identify Problems & Challenges But give your focus & attention to the solutions & results. Watch the problem from theperspective of third person, this technique won't let the problem drain your energy. Don't get surprised if it makes you laugh at problem & instantly you find that solution pops up in your mind. I congratulate you if you are already blessed with this kind of problem identification!
Challenges are not challenges, they are manure to your business crop & growth. You will find yourself more mighty when you correctly identified them & solved them by taking inspired action. They will become one of your strengths, giving you more energy to solve anotherchallenges which are in actualnot bigger than your existence.
See you in the next post!
