Holy Squats

Massive volume today.

Back squats were supposed to be 4 sets of 8 to 12 at 235. But I was feeling good and not rushed so I went up to 240 and ended up with 5 sets of 8.

Boring leg press superset with LP calf extensions all same weight 4x430x12

Feeling more comfortable with this front squat set on the SSB. 4x130x12
Wanted to test a bit more weight. Never been over 150 even for a single, hit 180x6 then 200x2.

Lunged around the gym, did some more calf raises and 25 minutes of cardio.

It was HOT! It was HUMID! And I had no one crying at me to run faster for entertainment.... but I got it in!!!! First run back today in about a week ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜ป. Took it a little to hard last week and felt a tear in my abdominals... which anything that is remotely uncomfortable in that area post partum I back off of. Lucky enough to not get diastatis recti with bub; so going to train right to not blow it with trying to get back too fast. Thatโ€™s the beauty with pregnancy; you not only create a life... but you also get the chance to start over with yourself and that can be a very humbling experience โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’™. My eyes are still set on my June 1st half but Iโ€™m also understand the bigger goal of taking care of this body for my family ๐Ÿ’. Whatโ€™s your WHY?!?

Happy Tummy Porriage mix of oats, flaxseed and hempseed. Dairy free and gluten free (gluten  free oats where used). Been obsessed with this combo for the past few weeks and now I can't go without it everyday. Sets me up right.

Back is where I shine my opinion. ๐Ÿ’ช Love training back! ๐Ÿ˜Between all the various movements I do for it has really developed my back to how I want it to look. ๐Ÿ™ Did 6 sets of 20 with the 65s and 6 sets of 20-30 with the 45 for shrugs yesterday. Did lot's of standing concentration cable rows the night before to just really attack my upper back. Getting into deadlifts I'm hoping to see even more improvement. ๐Ÿค˜

Killed it with high intensity volume training yesterday! ๐Ÿ’ช Did 5 super sets with the 50 pound straight bar and 40 pound curl bar. Each set was 10-15 reps normal grip width with the 50 pound straight bar and 10-15 reps close grip with the 40 pound curl bar. Then did 2 sets of 30 with the 40 pound curl bar alternating grip every 10 reps. Then did 5 sets of rope curls to finish off my biceps. Lastly did 6 sets of 15 concentration tricep extensions (pause with every extension) with light weight and a burnout set of 30 for torture. ๐Ÿ˜ณ My bro @boosted_fk killed it too and followed through this workout scheme but I could tell his arms were torched the way his veins were popping out his skin! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Awesome arm session man! ๐Ÿ™ My arms feel like ass today.... ๐Ÿ˜ง๐Ÿ˜…
