Does this look like fun or do you look at this and think there is no way I can do that!
Im going to tell you that you may be right and you may not be able to... BUT most of these people didn’t either. Some of them had never worked out before, or lifted weights or did high intensity training. Some were 10, 20 or 30 pounds heavier and most of them were scared or nervous. 
So how did they do it? Well the first thing was they walked in the door. That’s the biggest challenge! 
Then I set them up with some basic movements of the workout we are doing and keep it simple and short. This way they can get a sense of the class setting and feel accomplished with what they have done. Depending on the person sometimes they are excited and motivated to come back or sometimes they feel it’s to hard to get the results they are seeking. 
The only way you are going to find out is come in and try it out!

I’m currently attempting my 2nd 24 hour fast. -I’m drinking all the fluids and feeling good....until hour 20 when my mind (not my stomach) began to mentally obsess over food. 4 more hours is really a mind over matter issue at this point. - I decided a good workout is what I needed. Circuit training for a time quickly got my mind off of food. 35 minutes later I’m feeling glorious 😊

When setting out on your goal, just remember that it doesn’t matter whether you want to gain strength, build muscle or tone up, you don’t necessarily have to change what exercises you do for each goal - all you need do is change the number of sets and repeptions.

Keeping the accountability factor high today. Fasted sunday workout. Today is leg day. Squats, deadlifts, bulgarian left and right in that order. Gonna feel this tomorrow 😑 I usually put in a leg day workout twice a week, and squats and deadlifts are a must. Today I started the workout light up to heavy and worked my way down from heavy to light. Planning to incorporate leg days 3 times next week, well see. Anyways this was a great workout, i needed this to recover from the stressors last week. Tomorrow is a new week, and i intend to keep the bullshit to the birds.
