💥Client Feature of the Week!💥
This week I want to bring recognition to @simsn_26! Noah began training with me last May to become an efficient runner and build strength and resistance to fatigue. Here he is mid-session of a Plyometric Circuit as part of his Run and Endurance Training. I’m so proud of how far he has come. Keep up the hard work, Noah!!

Im going to tell you that you may be right and you may not be able to... BUT most of these people didn’t either. Some of them had never worked out before, or lifted weights or did high intensity training. Some were 10, 20 or 30 pounds heavier and most of them were scared or nervous.
So how did they do it? Well the first thing was they walked in the door. That’s the biggest challenge!
Then I set them up with some basic movements of the workout we are doing and keep it simple and short. This way they can get a sense of the class setting and feel accomplished with what they have done. Depending on the person sometimes they are excited and motivated to come back or sometimes they feel it’s to hard to get the results they are seeking.
The only way you are going to find out is come in and try it out!

New video 🎥How Many sets and repetitions should I do?
When setting out on your goal, just remember that it doesn’t matter whether you want to gain strength, build muscle or tone up, you don’t necessarily have to change what exercises you do for each goal - all you need do is change the number of sets and repeptions.
In this video we look at how the number of sets and reps of each exercise you do will ultimately effect your physique - with of course a few other key influences. 🏆
