This week’s work out had been about pushing it until I fail on my last rep—when instead of sticking with the normal 8-10 reps, I keep going until I can no longer perform another rep. So far it’s worked and gained ~5lbs of muscles 💪🏻 #takingfitnesstoanewlevel
