Сбитень — древний русский напиток, согревающий и тонизирующий. Готовится довольно просто. Нужно смешать 150 г меда и150 г сахара с литром обычной воды, довести смесь до кипения, добавить пряности. Пить можно как горячим, так и в остывшем виде.

6. Масала-чай

Напиток масала-чай - превосходное средство для укрепления иммунитета. Приготовить такой чай можно следующим образом: разводим молоко с водой, добавляем сахар и кипятим смесь. Сразу же добавляем сюда натертый имбирь, черный перец, кардамон, гвоздики и мускатные орешки. Вообще, сочетать пряности можно по вашим вкусовым предпочтениям. После нескольких минут томления добавляется зеленый чай. Кипятим еще 5 минут и вкусный напиток готов.

Le gua sha est une thérapie alternative naturelle et une technique de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise (MTC) qui consiste à racler votre peau avec un outil de massage pour améliorer votre circulation sanguine. L’objectif est de stimuler la microcirculation des tissus mous, ce qui augmente le flux sanguin. 
Le gua sha est destiné à lutter contre l’énergie stagnante, appelée chi, dans le corps qui, de l’avis des praticiens, pourrait être responsable de l’inflammation. L’inflammation est la cause sous-jacente de plusieurs affections associées à la douleur chronique. Le gua sha peut réduire l’inflammation, il est donc souvent utilisé pour traiter les affections provoquant des douleurs chroniques, telles que l’arthrite et la fibromyalgie, ainsi que celles provoquant des douleurs musculaires et articulaires.

I M P R O V I N G YOUR CHEST FLEXIBILITY 🤘
This exercise aims to iprove chest muscle flexibility and ranges of movement in the shoulder girdle. .
Instructions:
Feet parallel on floor at hip width distance.
Arms to the side at shoulder height, elbows bent to 90 degrees.

From this position place the backs of the hands on the floor.

Slowly lower the knees from side to side while shoulders and hands maintain contact with the ground.

Main points:
After a number of movements, try to hold the stretch position for 10 - 15 seconds

HAPPY BELATED 💛 DAY  Love yourself first = Striving to maintain your neutral pelvis throughout the day 🤗 🔷️Neutral Pelvis and the opportunity for Neutral Spine certainly exists and is essential to the health of…well, your entire you! So what is a ‘neutral pelvis' ? 
Rael (2014) indicates that it happens when the alignment of the ASIS (Anterior Superior Iliac Spine) and the Pubic Bone in line with each other in the Coronal Plane ( pic 2 + plus with common misalighment pelvis examples, anterior and posterior tilts). ☝️ In neutral positions our body is in the best possible position for shock absorption, alignment and optimal engagement. It’s essentially the position our bodies are designed to be in yet tend to deviate from due to lifestyle and genetic factors. - 🎯 The moment the body is unbalanced and out of alignment, certain muscles become overworked and others become weak, resulting in stress and inefficient movement. So striving to attain ideal neutral alignment and develop the musculature to support it. - 🔺 Find your neutral pelvis : Lying on your back try to imagine that your hip bones and pubic bone make a triangle. I place the heel of my hands on my hip bones and my fingers on my pubic bone. This triangle should lie flat/level, imagining a cup of tea sat on there that doesn’t spill. This is a basic of neutral pelvis ( for a more detailed set up, pic 3)

💡Foot/Ankle/Toes/Plantar Fascia Stretch 
Did you know that Implementing foot stretch in your daily routine will not only benefit the health of the foot, but also feel good. There are numerous muscles in the foot, and practicing proper stretches can aid in helping the body stay fit . Harvard Health Pulishing(2010) states that  everything from the toes to the ankles play a role in simple things like walking and squatting. Give this stretch a try!

Here’s how to perform the foot stretch!

1️⃣Start on all fours.
2️⃣Tuck the toes.
3️⃣Slowly shift your weight back towards the feet.
4️⃣Sit your 🍑 back on your heels.
5️⃣Bring the body upright if you can.
6️⃣Hold 10 - 20 seconds
💭 HYDRATE YOURSELF TO MOVE BETTER 📣 You may have heard a lot of advices on the benefit of drinking water. Especially with fatloss goal as thirst is often mistaken for hunger. 
However did you know that our Fascial System ( a layer connective tissue surrounding our whole body) has a very high water content which made up of about 70% water, so poor nutrition and dehydration will affect its texture and ability to move (Mel,2012) ..
💡 TIPS TO DRINK MORE 💦 ✅ Figure out how much you want to drink a day (2 liters is a good place to start). Get a bottle and fill it up in the morning. Make sure it’s all gone before you go to bed. 🔆What if you don’t like plain water? A few solutions for jazzing your water up:
⭕Get a filter to ensure you are getting clean, pure water.
⭕Add lemon, lime, cucumber, or ginger for a little flavor.
⭕Try electrolyte packets to give your water some fizz along with the nutrients.
