1⃣Deadlifts - One of the most important exercise as it involves most number of muscles primary being Back. Form is of utmost importance, and before you lift, setup properly. The bar should be over your mid foot and shoulder in line of the bar. Your lower back should always be neutral, throughout the lift! Remove the slack off the bar by engaging your lats and pull the weight. The bar path during entire lift should be straight. 
2⃣ Straight Arm Pull Down - Add this straight-arm pulldown 
exercise to your back workout! You will start by grabbing the 
wide bar from the top pulley of a pulldown machine and using 
a wider than shoulder-width pronated (palms down) grip 
3⃣Lat Pull Downs - The movement of Lat Pull Down is very similar to Pull ups. If you have difficulty doing pull ups, this is where you start and get strong at! The grip, just a tad bit outside Shoulder has shown to be most ideal. Pull your shoulder blades down and back, and bring the bar to your chest. Pause, squeeze and control the weight while eccentric part.

4⃣Single arm dumbbell rowing - You can opt for a Flat bench or do it in the similar way as shown in video.
Make sure you are engaging and pulling with your back and  not your bicep. 
Try to keep your upper body  parallel to the floor and squeeze and pull with you batch. Again control in eccentric part and let it stretch till bottom.

An important this to note when training back is that, even before pulling the weight, you need to contract your upper back first just by pushing your shoulders back and pinching the shoulders together. That is step 1. Step 2 is the actual pulling of the weight.
•
But then there is a correct way to pull the weight. Most people pull with their arms which is wrong. You need to pull with the elbows because the job of the back muscles is to bring your elbows behind your torso.
•
Imagine that there is an imaginary bull's eye on your lower back right above your butt. As you are pulling your elbows back, try to get them to touch that imaginary bull's eye. Now obviously that's not possible... but the closer you can get your elbow to that point, the stronger the contraction.
•
As you are slowly lowering the weight back down,let your arms go in front first, THEN let your shoulder blades and upper back relax. This will give your the full stretch.
•
Watch how I am doing machine rows here in this video. Watch my upper back and elbows closely and try to do the exact same thing the next time you do machine rows or any other kind of rows.
•
As you get more experienced, you will be able to do both movements in one fluid motion. You got this!

Мало кто знает, но 9 лет назад я занималась верховой ездой, на протяжении трёх лет и весьма успешно 🏇 Но получила травму спины, ушла на вынужденный годовой перерыв, а потом просто появились «другие дела», институт, секснаркотикиирокнролл (шучу, секса не было)
И последние пару лет я осознаю, что единственное в своей жизни, о чем я по настоящему жалею, это как раз о том, что бросила конный спорт. Я не могу передать словами, как сильно люблю лошадей, люблю ощущение единения с этим сильным и красивым животным, какой КАЙФ мне приносит верховая езда 🔥 Это на 100% то занятие, которое меня увлекает, уносит, которое делает меня СЧАСТЛИВОЙ ❤️ Конечно, профессиональным спортсменом мне уже не быть, да и времени на постоянные тренировки у меня тоже нет, но хотя бы раз в неделю, я буду находить время для занятий 🐴
Сегодня я села в седло впервые за 9 лет (не считая пары конных прогулок), и считаю, что выгляжу как мешок Г 😂 Но тренера себе наняла, о тренировках договорилась, буду вспоминать 💪

Training rear delts is very important. It not only builds muscle in the rear delts and gives you a complete rounded look of the shoulder from the side, but it has functional benefits as well.

The first one I want to mention is that it keeps you from getting injured. Building strong rear delts and rotator cuffs is key to prevent shoulder injury. It also increases your strength output through stability of the shoulder.
•
A very important thing to learn to do when you are doing upper body exercises is to keep your upper back contracted, like how you see me here at the top position. This is again because you need to have stability.
•
The musculature of the upper back which are the traps, rear delts, and rhomboids, are all involved. I like using cables and grabbing them on opposite sides like how you see me do here at the start. This is because I get more range of motion than the dumbbells, especially the stretch.

Do this at the end of the workout.

TRY THIS: This is a shoulder superset. Most people like to start of with shoulder press because it's a compound exercise and then do isolation moves.
•
There is one technique called the pre-exhaust technique where you do the isolation first then compound second. So here start of with lateral raises and then move to shoulder press. This was the shoulder press is much more effective.
•
Shoot for 12 reps on lateral raises and then 10 reps on the shoulder press immediately after. Do 4 sets. Do this in the beginning of your workout.
•
The shoulders give you strong presence. When you see someone for the first time you notice their shoulders. They are the show muscles. So don't neglect them.
•
For the last couple weeks I started training shoulders twice a week because I want to bring them up.

El dominio de āsanas y prāṇāyāma ayuda al practicante a desligar la mente del contacto del cuerpo, lo que conduce automáticamente a la concentración y la meditación. Las ramas del árbol se hallan todas cubiertas por una corteza. Sin la protección de la corteza, el árbol sería carcomido por los gusanos. Esa cubierta preserva la energía que fluye dentro del árbol desde las hojas a la raíz. Así, la corteza se corresponde con pratyāhāra, el viaje de los sentidos hacia adentro desde la piel al núcleo del ser.

Dhāraṇā es la savia del árbol, el jugo que transporta la energía en su viaje hacia el interior. Dhāraṇā es concentración: enfocar la atención en el núcleo del ser.

El fluido del árbol, o savia, conecta la última punta de las hojas con los extremos de la raíz. La experiencia de esta unidad del ser desde la periferia hasta el centro, donde el observador y lo observado son uno, se alcanza en la meditación. Cuando el árbol está sano y el suministro de energía es excelente, brotan de él flores. Así dhyāna, la meditación constituye la flor del árbol del Yoga.

Finalmente, cuando la flor se transforma en un fruto, éste se denomina samādhi. Al igual que la esencia del árbol se halla en el fruto, así también la esencia de la práctica del yoga está en la libertad, el equilibrio, la paz y la beatitud de samādhi donde el cuerpo, la mente y el alma se unen y se funden con el Espíritu Universal.
