Quando sull'instagram spopolano le granola, dalle più ricche a quelle più "low" in tutto, io non potevo che prendere spunto da loro: @naturalmentebuono e @peanutbutterandcrunches, la regina dei fats e persona a cui attingo più spesso quando sono in cerca di ispirazione
È nata così la "mia" granola lowcarb fatta con:
- 140g di frutta secca (ho usato il mix alesto di @lidlitalia, che ha dentro noci, nocciole, mandorle e anacardi)
- 30g di cocco in scaglie
- 50g di burro di cocco al cioccolato @coconutmerchant (potete anche usare olio di cocco, ma questo burro è una bomba assurda e ha un sapore fantastico😍)
- 20g di sciroppo di datteri
Ho fatto cuocere in forno a 170° per 20 minuti circa, aggiungendo le scaglie di cocco più o meno dopo 10 minuti

•مصرف به اندازه آب يكى از توصيه هاي غذائي مهم براي ورزشكاران ميباشد كه در روش تمرینی ای ام اس بعلت پر فشار بودن تمرین و بالا رفتن آنزیم کراتین کیناز بعد از تمرین، نوشیدن مقادیر زیادی آب از نکات لازم و ضروری است که میتواند اسید لاکتیک اضافی را از بدن دفع و از کوفتگی های عضلانی و سردرد جلوگیری کند. میزان آب مصرفی باید بطور کل افزایش یابد بطوریکه قبل از تمرین حداقل 0.5 لیتر، حین تمرین 250 سی سی و بعد از تمرین 0.5 لیتر آب مصرف شود و بعد از آن نیز میزان آب بدن را باید افزایش داد

今日午餐與便當
西班牙蒜烤蝦與自製生酮麵包,舒肥雞胸芝麻葉沙拉佐酪梨油檸檬蒜味醬與海鹽

昨天回家又冷又餓但是太累了也就洗洗睡了,中午弄一頓豐盛的來吃😋😋😋。

好市多冷凍蝦仁加上大量橄欖油及切好的蒜片(今天用了100ml冷壓初榨橄欖油跟20克左右蒜片,油要蓋過蝦🦐)。灑點鹽進烤箱150度烤到蝦熟就好了。

這道做了無數次❤️快速方便好吃😋,烤的時候把之前做的生酮麵包一起烤熱,用麵包沾充滿蒜香跟蝦香的橄欖油真的超❤️幸❤️福❤️,輕輕鬆鬆補了80ml的美味油脂😂。沒有做生酮麵包橄欖油也可以拿來淋沙拉🥗😋。

一次舒肥完的雞胸肉,用烘焙紙包起來順便一起烤熱,打開肉汁滿滿直接淋到沙拉上🤤,最後窈上一匙15ml的酪檸蒜沙拉醬再灑點海鹽,完美😍。

沙拉吃了一半有點飽,打包帶去公司當便當,順便再烤一根德國香腸~還是回家自己煮幸福😌。

Почему в заголовке статьи именно противопоставление этих двух продуктов спортивного питания? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Да потому что с завидной регулярностью на интернет-форумах появляются вопросы, подобные этому: «Хочу набрать массу, что посоветуете: гейнер или протеин?» Мне с высоты своего опыта они, может, и кажутся странными, но понять неофитов, их задающих, я могу. На упаковке и протеина, и гейнера указано одно и то же: «Способствует приросту качественной мышечной массы». Однако рекомендуемая производителем разовая порция протеина равна 25 граммам, а гейнера – 150-ти, причем в порции гейнера тоже содержится протеин в количестве аж 50 грамм, а кроме того, довесок из 100 грамм углеводов. Неужели эти два продукта одинаково хорошо растят мышечную массу при столь разном весе? А можно ли сравнить в эффективности кувалду и молоток? И то и другое применяется с одной и той же целью – ударное воздействие по различным предметам. Удар какого из этих инструментов будет мощнее? Очевидно, что кувалды. Тогда почему в каждом доме есть молоток, а фразу «сосед, одолжи на 5 минут кувалду» можно не услышать и за всю жизнь? Да просто в домашних условиях нет необходимости в столь тяжелом и грубом инструменте. Чтобы забить гвоздь в стену, нужен куда более легкий, но точный в применении молоток. Также с гейнером и протеином. Протеин поможет при наборе мышечной массы, но лишь тогда, когда энергетическая ценность рациона, состоящего из натуральных продуктов, соответствует потребностям организма.

Mini Keto Cauliflower Pizzas🍴🥦بيتزا الزهرة-كيتو دايت

For everyone who has requested keto recipes. Here you go, enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 large cauliflower
-2 cups Mozzarella cheese
-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
-2 tbsp oregano
-4 garlic cloves
-3 Eggs
-salt and pepper
-1 tbsp parsley

Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. Add cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until cauliflower is riced. Then place the cauliflower in a microwave for 10 minutes, make sure to cover it. In a large bowl, mix everything together. Create your mini pizzas or one large pizza on parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes. Then, add more mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 5-10 minutes.

A question everyone is looking for the answer too. The answer and truth is there isn't one.

So many people overcomplicate nutrition and dieting its crazy.  They make it so much harder on themselves than it needs to be.

Context is important here because if you are looking to get super lean, e.g. In the stages of a prep for a physique competition, then some of the below you will experience but if you are just looking to lose a little fat and improve health then read below.
.
Trying to diet and stay in a calorie deficit can be hard enough without trying to adhere to the 'perfect' macronutrient split, eat the same bland meals every meal and day, have no flavour or variety in the diet and skip and ban all social occasions.
.
Add on to that the bad relationship and habits people have with food, the poor advice and information out there and there is no wonder people really struggle with things.  As always ask yourself what is the goal and what are you trying to achieve?  Then think how that can fit your lifestyle and can you sustain that?
.
You will hear of diets such as low carb, keto, intermittent fasting, vegan, flexible dieting and so on.  These do have there time and place and will be beneficial for certain circumstances but its very individual.
.
As long as you are in a deficit to lose fat, get enough protein and carbs and fats are not too extreme either way, then that will work for the majority of people looking for fat loss.
.
Now pick the amount of meals that fit into your schedule with foods you like and make you feel good.  Then do that consistently and monitor / track and adjust when needed and you will lose fat.
.
For the majority of people, you are also looking at improving habits / behaviours, relationships and how they view dieting and food.
.
If you are on a certain 'diet' or approach that you think straight away 'when am I stopping this'? Or you are experiencing lots and lots of hunger then it is too extreme and set up incorrectly.

Build good habits.
Have some structure.
Keep things simple.
Eat foods you enjoy and make you feel good.
Monitor, track and adjust when needed.
Be consistent.
.
Tag a friend who struggles with dieting.
Double cheese burger and salad with blue cheese dressing paired with a Quest salted caramel protein shake mixed with heavy whipping cream and two pieces of bacon. .
