The cycle of building muscle, this is a very basic yet effective way to look at building muscle and will lead to greater results if you put these principles into place!

1️⃣ Training Stimulus - Without this you will not build muscle, for some reason people look at nutrition first but without understanding how to stimulate the muscle or putting enough effort into your training you won’t grow you will just get fat.

2️⃣ Nutrition - Fuel the body so you can push yourself enough to warrant the growth and then use nutrition to help your body recover. Without the right nutrition you will struggle to build muscle, it’s still possible but it’s a lot easier when you eat the right stuff and right amount. Don’t eat 1,000’s of calories over you will just get fat.

3️⃣ Recovery/Rest - Very often overlooked but probably one of the most important factors. Without rest and recovery you’re hindering your ability to build muscle. Not only will you struggle to actually build muscle but it’ll effect your workouts so you won’t get the correct stimulus needed.

4️⃣ Repeat/Progress - One effective workout isn’t enough for you to continue to grow, you need to repeat the process over and over again. Then progress when the time is right, milk every weight possible by using different training principles and focus on the muscle you’re trying to grow 👊🏻

Sono una tipa da Bro Food,non per ragioni particolari legate a gare,fisse,paure,ma semplicemente perchè mi piace.I miei pasti sono al 90% sempre gli stessi:gallette di riso o riso venere(le mie preferite al momento),pollo o merluzzo,finocchio o spinaci,tutto condito con olio evo,sale e il tocco di classe...IL BURRO DI ARACHIDI. 
La mia "dieta" è il mio stile di vita,non mi pesano gli stessi alimenti quotidiani,non mi pesano le stesse gallette o lo stesso pollo,semplicemente perchè mi piacciono,perchè amo ció che faccio e amo sentirmi bene dopo ogni pasto.
Il mio obbiettivo principale è far star bene il mio corpo sì,ma soprattutto la mia mente,che ha bisogno per prima di essere appagata.Non rinuncio al mio "sgarro" preferito,i miei gelati durante il weekend,estate o inverno che sia e no,non mi interessa che ci siano troppi zuccheri o troppi grassi rispetto a quelli che mangio quotidianamente,perchè non è un gelato a rovinare il mio corpo,a farmi mettere su kg di grasso,a distruggere ció che costruisco giornalmente con dieta ed allenamento.Semplicemente mi sentiró felice,appagata e pronta a ricominciare una nuova settimana! .

Molti si chiedono quale sia la giusta quantità di proteine da assumere per ogni pasto. Da anni esiste una classica regola dei 30 g come massima quantità che il corpo può assorbire. Non è proprio così. La verità sta come sempre nel mezzo: da recenti lavori scientifici pubblicati sul “Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition” è stato confermato che proteine di rapido assorbimento come le whey protein hanno un tasso di assorbimento massimo di circa 8-10g h. Questo vale se assunte da sole, perché se ingerite con altri nutrienti il tasso di assorbimento si riduce ulteriormente. Tutto ciò inoltre vale solo per le whey perché le proteine da cibi solidi hanno velocità di assorbimento ancora più lente.
Traendo le conclusioni, non ha alcun senso assumere integratori di proteine in polvere se il pasto successivo contiene altre proteine in elevate quantità perché andrebbero a sommarsi tra di loro e:
- i sistemi di trasporto cellulare a livello intestinale andrebbero in saturazione
- il transito intestinale non aspetta che tutto ciò che è in intestino venga assorbito e prosegue portando ad eliminare con le feci tutto ciò che non fa in tempo ad essere assorbito
Infine, ricordatevi sempre che la giusta quantità dipende dai singoli fabbisogni e che bisogna sempre fare affidamento ad un professionista sanitario per calibrare su misura la propria dieta e la quota proteica giornaliera!
