Thank you all for being patient with this “new announcement” because the wait is now over! This is my going to be my last week of being a Disney California Adventure retail cast member. And as of April 28th, I will begin my training for DCA Attractions for Hollywood Land, Buena Vista Street, and Cars Land!!! This is a very exciting transfer opportunity and for those who have known me for awhile know I’ve been working hard to finally be an Attractions cast member! I want to thank everyone who I’ve come across from Downtown Disney to California Adventure helping me become the best I can be. I’m going to miss you retail friends, but this isn’t good bye. This is a see you later situation! Find me eventually at Guardians, whenever that is!
Happy Easter 🐰🐣 .
Question: if you did the Easter egg hunt at the parks, did you actually find all the eggs or did you just redeem it right away?
We found some but I wanted to hurry up and get my cute little Mickey egg🥚 anyone else?🙋🏽♀️
The most "U"NBEARABLY CUTE and "U"nique Easter Egg Hunt takes place at the Happiest Place on Earth. Disney calls it the "Eggstravaganza scavenger hunt at the Disneyland Resort." It is a really fun egg-themed scavenger hunt. There are three maps to choose from, which include Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, and Downtown Disney. Each location has different egg prizes.
How it works is you first purchase the map and stickers for $6.99 (plus tax) at select merchandise locations, then
You're off and running, looking for hidden eggs. I opted to take my kiddos to Downtown Disney, not having a lot of time, and not wanting to brave the busy parks, DTD was the perfect option for us.
We bought the map at the World of Disney and we were off. This was a fun choice for the egg hunt. The eggs were hidden in stores, ontop of buildings and even on the roof of Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen! It didn't take very long and made for a very fun and inexpensive activity. After all the eggs were found, we returned to the World of Disney store and were able to choose from 6 different eggs. I chose Maleficent, Fiona chose Sleeping Beauty and Donovan chose Dumbo (not pictured). We had such a great time. The Eggstravaganza ends on Easter Sunday. So if you're in Cali and are looking for something to do today head over to Downtown Disney for an egg hunt! It was so fun and "U"NFORGETTABLE !
