Yay I have made the perfect Açai bowl!! Finally 💕❤️ Tastes better the the Açai in the cafe, $15.00 please? 😂😂 It was thick, creamy, no added dairy. Just frozen mixed berries, a pack of açai purée, frozen banana, coconut pieces, and frozen mango, a splash of water... and voila!! add your own toppings, my toppings don’t look pretty but sure taste delish!! 😍😍😍

If you haven't noticed already I've been focusing on Bench strength of late, was going for 3 @ 120kg but had a little more in the tank then I thought and got 4 and bailed on 5 💪🏼 had gym bro run in last minute to save my ass but luckily had the safety rails up anyway, so shout out to him for the effort 😂

I spent all of my 20s being a makeup addict - not only because I LOVE it - but because I would cover up all the signs of stress and blemishes from my crazy life and lack of sleep as a medical student and resident. Skin was not happy! I’m sure many of you busy ladies can relate. .
Looking back, the more I covered it up, the less my skin could breathe and heal ➡️ the more I reached for that foundation/concealer. .
But in my 30s I am much more conscious of not only what I put into my body and ON my skin
And as much as I still love make up as an art, I now reserve foundation for only special outings
I’ve noticed an incredible difference! My skin can breathe, it’s not irritated, and is the BEST it’s ever been!
The best primer is clear healthy skin!
My clear skin regimen isn’t just about products only, but also:
Minimizing use of foundation
Lemon water EVERY morning 🍋
Making time to sweat a few times/wk
60-80 oz H2O per day
