Are you a #seeker?
My response to seekers.
Rather than being pushed around by powerful, unseen, and uncontrollable forces, I decide to go where my flow is allowed to exist, on an #expedition that I embrace but can never predict. I find deeper #meaning that change me from within. In the answers I find an ever evolving world that changes in colors, smells. flavors, behavior and in temperature. I grow wiser and the world never stops to surprise me. People change. Society change. What was interpreted as #solidarity yesterday is today recognized as a rarity. The world we built for generations is not built for us, nature or animals. It is neither built for all the lost values and beliefs that we no longer seek. It is built for rapacity and growing selfishness. Responsibility took a turn many generations ago.
As a seeker I am most often easy to recognize. I show a passionate and genuine curiosity by asking questions, being willing to challenge my beliefs, attending gatherings, and educating myself. Being a seeker is a lifestyle. Seeking for my own truth in this profoundly sick society is a necessity to keep my mind sane and rational. Perhaps it is the most humane thing I can do in this delicate era where climate is a catastrophe and #humanity is in desperate need to remember its roots. To seek something meaningful. To seek hope. To seek clarity in all those things that matters to us all.
Everything is fragile. So is earth.
Seek answers my friend, and act upon them.
I captured these photos when I traveled to the #mekong Delta in southern #vietnam, 2018. One very #poor region in terms of money, but people here seem to be rich in their behavior. They have learnt by their mistake. They now understand that nature is all they have and try to worship their waters at their best ability. These waters feed them. These waters they care about. Let us all do the same.
This location is also one of the most #authentic places I have ever visited on earth. #locals live on their boats and they try to make a living on what the river provides. It is a harsh #lifestyle and people are #happy with their #simple life.
