It’s been four full days since my abdominal hernia surgery and I’m still pretty swollen. The black dot was where the hernia was. The two bandaids cover the small incisions that were used. Overall, I’m not in a lot of pain, but It’s still pretty sore. #feelingbettereveryday
Everyday I think of new ways to challenge myself, either at work, with the kids at home, I'm trying to work hard from the bottom and work my way up. Not just pay check to pay check, but to grow a foundation that my children and and my loved ones can treasure and thrive off. I challenge myself to be more understanding and learning to listin first rather then push my immediate opinion and have learned to compromise. I challenge myself physically and emotionally everyday to make me be a better me. And maybe making me a better me will make a true impact on the world, helping people learn to challenge themselves just like me,

Hi everyone 🙋♀️ I want to share with you something that has helped me in my journey to health 💪
Last summer, I made a serious commitment to myself. I wanted my health back!
I had m.e. for 20 years, and I now no longer consider myself to have it.
Through a mixture of a good diet, quality supplements (not supermarket ones!!) and certain therapies, I have my life back 🤸♀️🚴♀️🎉 ⚠️ It is not a quick fix! It is a whole new way of life! ⚠️ I don't use symptoms as an excuse anymore, because I don't need to. When I feel symptoms worming their way in, I double up on my supplements, I go through my learned process and get on with something that brings me joy 💃
Sure I have days here and there where I am not as careful with what I eat. I am human after all, lol. But boy, do I notice it!! And the next day I get right back on plan, because I LOVE this new me! 😄
I have energy, I sleep really well, my mood is better, my concentration is clearer... 😍 What's not to love!! 😍
I wouldn't have believed any of this was possible if I wasn't experiencing it for myself. Which is why I rant on about how I got better lol. I know it can be achieved, because I have achieved it 😁 **I want to make it very clear that I am making no medical claims to the supplements or therapies that have helped me.
I am just so passionate about sharing these things, because they have worked for me** #health#healthjourney#recovery#gettingbetter#improving#feelingbettereveryday#gettingstronger#learning#discovering#rejoicing#celebrating#living#achieving#lovinglife#sharing#helpingothers#payitforward#betteryoubetterlife#uyl
So here is my mentor, friend & inspiration .... This is Salli Maddalo own story ..... sooo amazing 👆
My story 💓💓💓 In October 2013 I had a severe relapse of my lifelong condition M.E. (often known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)
I was bed ridden for months. I spent several months slowly building strength up but crippled by fatigue. 3 months after my relapse my marriage broke down and I became a single mum of 2 girls (7&2yrs at the time). I barely got through each day without help and support from friends and family for meal times and bath times and went to bed at 7pm every night.
After seeing my friend post about how wonderful she felt on the capsules I cautiously and very skeptically ordered some.
After 3 weeks I had so much more energy. It was no cure but the boost of energy enabled me regain some semblance of life back, so that I was able to care for myself and my children. My energy got better and better. I stopped catching every cough and cold going and found I bounced back from flares in half the time.
At this point I had changed NOTHING else in my life. I had NOT implemented any diet changes or anything. Just the added the Premium Capsules to my daily routine.
Some weeks later I decided to try the Shakes and LYB plan properly! This has been a steady change for me but my life has been transformed over the last few years. Small simple changes, the shakes are a part of my daily routine for a breakfast & even my kids have one occasionally.
4 years on I am still a single mum, but I run my busy life with little to no help. I run two businesses. I work out and started kick boxing last summer with no Post Exertional Malaise.
I am so grateful I took a gamble as I had no idea how much they would change my life but I am forever grateful x
Sooo...I’m 1 week coffee/soda/Crystal Light/Splenda free!!! @jillianzrdh you proud?? I’m also taking a probiotic daily. I feel great, my stomach feels better, I feel lighter if that makes any sense?! I’m not completely artificial sugar free, let’s not get crazy, imma eat candy til I die but this small change has really helped my tummy...Along with laying off the uncooked veggies, bloat is gone, gassyness is less 🤪😂😂 and I feel great! #ww#wwfreestyle#smallchangesaddup#tummytroubles#feelingbettereveryday
//Fueling my body while being sick has always been a struggle for me, I either don’t eat at all or I eat anything I want. I always justify it by me being sick ❌ not a good way of thinking about it//
//However, I’ve learned the importance of fueling my body with the right foods especially when I am sick. I haven’t worked out the past couple of days but I have stuck to my meal plan, which is a small victory for me. The community of women I am apart of has helped me remember the importance of staying hydrated and eating the right foods. Without them I wouldn’t be able to celebrate this non scale victory 🎉 👯♀️
Doing some meal prep "bowls" on this Super Bowl Sunday ☺🏈. I am participating in another 30 days to healthy living for February (well more like 28 days, but they all count ☺)
I make sweet potato and black bean bowls for breakfasts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (my workout days 💪when I need extra carbs ☺). After I workout I have my protein shake filled with spinach greens and fiber boost. Then I have a healthy dinner with a lean meat and lots of veggies.
Throughout my day I also drink 2 fizz sticks and have 2 healthy snacks.
I would like to share my healthy eating plan with others because it's worked very well for me. Down 20lbs and it's my goal to get under 200lbs and I will do it!
I am amazed to say the least at how great I look but the way that I feel is really where it's at!! I have tried to eat pretty healthy over the years. I've done slimfast and tried a few other things to lose weight.
However, being a very busy mom I couldn't stick with anything because I didn't have time- or that's the excuse I always stuck with so I just let myself go.
I was at my heaviest at 184lbs. Very uncomfortable with trying to tie my shoes, play with my kids, always tired and never had time to do the things I wanted to do.
I am now down to 164lbs. I still have weight to lose but I'm working on ME!! Ihave time to get where I want to be. I feel better and I have so much more energy.
I can even crawl around on the floor with my 8 month old granddaughter and chase her around the house without hesitation!! I have a total gym and I use it regularly!! Strengthening my arms, legs, and tightening my abs.
I feel amazing and it's all because I FOUND SOMETHING THAT REALLY WORKS!!! If you are in need of something that works contact me for more information.. You won't REGRET IT. The ONLY REGRET I have is not knowing of my 3 simple steps earlier in life!!!
