It’s soo good to be back! After a way to long break from working out because of school and work (and a dash of no motivation), I have my urge to train again!
This time I’m going to be careful not to train too much or too often, but will focus on making this a permanent change and a part of my everyday life💪🏼
Always moving!! This has been the busiest month of my entire career, and I’m feeling so grateful for my agents and clients who believe in me!
All charged up from a quick stop in Moab to climb and get some girl time in, and now it’s back to work on the East coast for @dickssportinggoods !
After a week off of doing and eating god knows what [thx #springbreak] I can’t tell you how happy I am to be back to my regular routine. 🙏🏻
Oats for breakfast, 🥜 followed by a protein bar, 💪🏻 a giant ass salad, 🥗 turkey wraps 🌯 and pre-prepped protein for dinner. 🥩🍳🍗 I’m a creature of habit — what can I say? 🤷🏼♀️
But for some reason when my schedule lacked structure, it felt like my life did too. 🌪 Yeah, I could’ve done a better job meal prepping or planning out my food last week but for some reason, I just didn’t. Blame lack of routine, laziness, Mercury being in retrograde or whatever you want, but I’m just reflecting 🔙 on this.
I think it goes without saying that I have a very Type 🅰️ personality so I need to remember that planning 📝 [for meals specifically] is always my friend, whether I have a strict schedule or not. Plus it does bring me joy! I’m the happiest human when I make plan, make lists and check things off! ✔️
Does anyone else feel the same way? Any tips on how to maintain your routine during school breaks? 👇🏻
Guys. Some days are hard.
Running this morning I felt weird pressure to hit a certain pace, although I convinced myself to wear a watch “just to see” it ended up being something I looked at continuously throughout the entire run, and I don’t even know why.
It got me to thinking about PRESSURE I put on myself and you probably can relate.
I see these beautiful girls on Instagram every single day, girls I admire and honestly want to be low key besties with. Wearing their natural deodorant, eating their sprouts, tracking macros like a pro with Blazin abs, and a face of perfectly done make up. ‘How the hell am I ever supposed to measure up to that?’ I often ask myself.
I buy sprouts and they go bad before I remember to eat them, I wear natural deodorant and smell instantly like an onion farm, I don’t know how to do make up more than just mascara, and I’m not the most consistent with macros.
Comparison sucks but we all do it. It’s a matter of ACKNOWLEDGING that you’re doing it but then staying in your own lane anyway.
These people I compare myself to are role models but also - just freaking people. Like me. And Im sure they struggle but we don’t see that part.
So, I guess my point is that....yes, I am a coach and love encouraging and guiding people to live their best life but I am also human. And I struggle to.
Remember, you’re not alone if you feel this way. I’ll just be over here on a quest to find the best natural deodorant so I stop offending people and hoping that my message is something at least one of you can relate to. Keep going mama, you’re doing great 💕💜

✨✨✨“Think about where you were last year. Think about the things that used to worry you so much that no longer consume your mind and time: the relationship that wasn’t healthy, the stress of what this year would be like, the things you never thought you would accomplish but did...all of those things are worthy of being grateful, and are beautiful reminders that after everything that happened, you are going to be okay.” -Morgan Harper Nichols ✨✨✨
Successful people maintain a positive focus in life no matter what is going on around them. They stay focused on their past successes rather than their past failures, and on the next action steps they need to take to get them closer to the fulfillment of their goals rather than all the other distractions that life presents to them. 📸 @chester_vill_ 💁♀️ @oliwiajadezalewski
