Thursday I am excited to be heading to Vegas for an international Jewelry convention/trade show!! To say I’m excited is an understatement! To be able to see what is trending, try on the best of the best, meet vendors and buyers of all different backgrounds, countries and products, as well as enjoy taking in the experience as a whole! I’m pumped! .
I can’t wait to share what I see but in the same breath, I’m so grateful that my company let us choose ANY 25 pieces of jewelry we wanted to wear and bring with us! What an INCREDIBLE moment! I feel like a queen 👑 .

- te acuestas muy tarde? ➡️ Intenta ir a dormir antes si es posible. - no te gusta preparar desayuno por la mañana?➡️ Prepara todo lo que puedas la noche anterior. - te levantas en el ultimo momento? ➡️ Ehmm...despiertate un poco antes? 😅
Etc. Si quieres coger un buen hábito haztelo tan fácil que sea imposible no poder cumplir.

I did #c25k week 1 day 1 to satisfy that cardio itch (my #fitgirlsguide day 4 workout 🔥)
I didn't play nice this morning-- I DROPPED MY CHERRY PIE FRIDGE OAT SMOOTHIE and it shattered. 😭
I grabbed a slice of cold pizza out of the fridge and ate it proudly after that kickass workout AND grabbed an unblended cherry pie fridge oat parfait for when I got to work. 🤤
No shame, no make wrong, I did it, and I'll do better tomorrow. 💯
Other than that 230 cal pre-breakfast pizza snack, I stuck to my guns today on my food promises. 💜
Grateful for today. Week 1 Chest & LIIFT Intervals. If you ever did shoulder presses, you’d know the exact pain that causes. Hit my goal for the 4th day in a row. Taking it one step at a time. Because self-love. I have a wildly sleeping niece, she was trying to climb me at one point in her sleep 😂 Leftover fried rice (I put it together in my story) from earlier, what I’m calling peanut butter cup shakeology (bonus that it came out to be the consistency of chocolate mousse 🤩) and the usual #sweatyselfie#sparkles I’m trying to push for #discipline because I am tired of sitting the sidelines feeling sorry for myself. Hell, I haven't worn makeup (besides mascara) for almost a month now (except for special occasions) and I honestly couldn't care less.

I was so tired today. So exhausted from constantly working two jobs throughout the week. Waking up early, going to work, coming home to change work clothes, and going to work at another other job. I love what I do, it just gets to be a lot sometimes. But I still got my workout in. And it was just what I needed. It was the perfect escape. 💞😌

The art teacher in me is totally geeking out over my Frida find today [Walmart!!!]!!! .
