Want a nice back?  Try this simple but effective workout I did today, one minute rest between all exercises.

1. Pull-Ups, 3 sets to failure (see previous post for clip)

2. Reverse grip pulldowns, 12, 10, 8, failure (drop set)

3. Bent Over BB Row, 12, 10, 8, 8 (I was exhausted here)

4. One Arm BB row, 3 x 12 (each arm—this variation involves bringing the weight back until it’s at your hip)

5. Straight Arm Pulldown 4 x 15

🥕Салат с тунцом: ужин на 5+🥕 🔸 На 100 гр - 101 ккал 🔸 Б/Ж/У - 10/5/8 🔸 🥕Ингредиенты: 
Консервированный тунец (в собственном соку) 300 г 
Яйца 2 шт. 
Болгарский перец 1 шт. 
Помидоры 2 шт. 
Листья салата 
Оливковое масло, лимонный сок 🥕Приготовление: 
Яйца отвариваем вкрутую. 
Помидоры нарезаем тонкими кольцами, каждое кольцо - на четвертины. На кусочки приблизительно того же размера, что и помидоры, нарезаем болгарский перец. 
Листья салата моем, добавляем в салатницу к помидорам и перцам. Отваренные яйца достаточно крупно нарезаем, добавляем в салат. Консервированного тунца разминаем вилкой, добавляем в салат (без жидкости). Заправляем небольшим количеством оливкового масла и лимонным соком, если надо - солим по вкусу.

We’ve been working on staying heavy and steady in and out of the saddle in spin.  My favorite position on the bike is out of the saddle and prayer hands, which is something that is practiced in yoga.  This position reminds me to stay calm and to keep my body balanced.  It requires you to utilize your core and leg strength simultaneously.  I made this position up. I think it’s worthy of a title... 🤔Any suggestions?

Tried something new today ✨✨ crossed legged RDLs and lemmme telll youuuu these will be replacing my regular RDLs. These have a different type of burn to them. Almost like a single legged RDL but a bit different. You gotta try them to know what I’m talking about 🍑🍑 as you can see in the first vid, some adjustments needed to be made as these take a little to adjust to. Swipe to see how I fixed my form 😛. Slowed it down a bit and crossed my feet a little more to the side for balance :)

Push-ups are an awesome exercise. They primarily work your chest but also hit your triceps and shoulders. I love push-ups because they can be done almost anywhere, you don't need equipment, and there are endless varieties. You can vary your hand stance, you can add weight to your back, you can elevate your feet, you can clap in between reps etc. Even if you go to a gym, they can be added in as a superset or a finisher to your chest workout. The most common mistakes I see on pushups are flared elbows and a rounded back where the person’s butt is higher than their back. You should keep your elbows tucked, back straight, and focus on lowering yourself until your chest touches the floor and then press back up.
