I’M DOING THIS FOR ME:
I remember for so long my thought process for losing weight was:
“ If I lose the weight, this guy will like me.”
“ I’ll be able to fit in with the popular girls”
“ I’ll feel confident to wear a bikini in front of people”
The thing is...
When I finally lost the weight my junior year....
NONE OF THESE IDEAS IN MY HEAD HAPPENED.
The guy I liked, didn’t like me back.
I still didn’t fit in with the popular girls.
and truthfully, I still didn’t feel confident to wear a bikini in front of people.
I’m telling you guys this because I want YOU to know:
Your worth shouldn’t be tied to the opinions of others!
You can’t want to lose weight so society will accept you.
You should want to live a healthier lifestyle for YOURSELF.
You’re beautiful. You’re amazing. You’re enough. ✨💫😘

"Threshold" the point at which a physiological or psychological effect begins to be produced. 🏋️♀️
My husband💏 was talking about this after his workout last night . He said that he knows when he's reached that "threshold" ... when he gets to the point where he can work at max capacity without pushing it so far that he begins to fail. 💪
Am I the only one that feels like they work day in and day out at this "threshold"? 😆
Geeeez louise will I never learn? 🤣 (Also will the children ever learn to act proper because Mommy is losing it ?) .
So here we are deeming it a sick day 🤧but it's not so bad because I had a bath🛁 in the middle of the day and I'm making some delicious bone broth🐔 and sometimes we just need to be sick to sit down! 🤗
I will finish my very last LIIFT 4 workout hopefully tommorw 🤞 and I'm still hoping you will join me for my next program ! .

Forse qui ci ritroviamo in uno di quei casi più spigolosi che un PT può trovarsi ad affrontare... e voi direte perché.?
Un’occhio attento ed allenato dalla foto ha già capito, Domenico è uno di quei morfotipi più difficili da affrontare perché pur avendo una percentuale di FM (fat mass) relativamente alta, ha anche una percentuale di FFM (fat free mass) bassa.
Cosa fare in questi casi? Beh semplice RICOMPOSIZIONE CORPOREA aumentiamo la massa magra e diminuiamo quella grassa!
Certo sulla carta tutto bello, fin quando dalla teoria non passiamo alla pratica..
Entriamo nel dettaglio:
✅DISPONIBILITÀ GIORNI DI ALLENAMENTO: Domenico fa un lavoro che lo costringe a viaggiare costantemente quindi i workout settimanali erano 2 quando andava bene ✅ABILITÀ NELLE ALZATE: abbiamo dovuto costruire i movimenti da 0 quindi poca esperienza nella contrazione uguale poco transfert sul muscolo target.
✅ALIMENTAZIONE: dieta impostata in un contesto ipocalorico e quindi già questo di per se rende l’ambiente poco propositivo alla costruzione inoltre la sua percentuale di BF non permetteva un ottimo ripartizionamento dei nutrienti.
Nonostante tutto questo Domenico porta a casa - 7,6 kg frutto di una grossa determinazione e forza di volontà!.
Tanta stima per questo ragazzo! 🙌🏻
