I’ve had a great week this week in terms of my workouts and relighting my motivation after a much quieter ‘week off’ - thanks to Duncan @holdfastlivestrong for two smashin sessions this week 🧠💪🏻✅ •••

This triple was a corker! Keep each rep controlled and perform it with a purpose! And that purpose is to get stronger and more powerful abdominals!!!

Do you skip meals?
We get it. You can have the best intention but work, or kids, or life just gets in the way.
Now when. You’re trying to lose weight this makes sense, right? Less calories in = weight loss.

I’d rather have 1 real friend tell me how it is than 10 fake friends tell me what I “want” to hear. I’ve learned that there is a fine line between supporting your friends and setting them up for failure. .

I feel my best when I’m covered in SWEAT!
That’s right, I said it lmao😂
Yes, I feel good when I get all dressed up, put on some make up and strut my stuff. But boy oh boy, nothing beats the feeling of accomplishment, the confidence, the strength and power, when I am dripping sweat from a hard workout. That may be super weird to say, but hey🤷🏻♀️ to each their own!
When do y’all feel your BEST?
These women right here... they give me life!!! I don’t know about you but, as adults, it’s hard to make friends. QUALITY, like-minded, friends.
The cool thing about all of these women here is that we all totally went to school to become Beachbody coaches. Yep. We set out to school and said “I think I wanna do network marketing. Yeah, let’s do it.” 🤔🤨😂
Okay, a HUGE myth out there with “side hustles” or these online gigs is that you need to do any of the following:
1) hate your current job
2) quit your day job
3) be a mom
4) be a fitness expert or expert in that field, or
5) do ONLY this job (yes it’s a job, but a freaking awesome one)
Again, WRONG. Although we have a lot of moms in this picture... we DO have some women who have desired to quit their full time job, and we DO have some women here who hated their day job and made it all work.
But most of us joined this coaching business because, like health and fitness, SO many things about coaching ENHANCED our life.
Most of us do this in ADDITION to our day jobs or other small jobs. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We have a physical therapist in here, a dentist, an occupational therapist, a lawyer or two in here, a BUNCH of teachers, a flight attendant, a counselor— I mean the list goes in.
Me? I make it work with my wonky hours with dance and nannying, and I LOVE how it fits. And I actually love my schedule. And I wouldn’t be able to do as little hours as I do with nannying and dance if it weren’t for the supplemental income of Beachbody. It’s not a traditional schedule, but again, it works for me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And it works for ALL these amazing leaders here on my team. And I absolutely love that I get to earn trips like this, to spend quality time with quality friends and Godly women like this. ❤️Truly a blessing.
