Who else really like dead lifts?? I used to hate them cause my hands would always slip do to bad grip, but now I love them cause I’m using this liquid grip gel and it works amazing! I was just gonna get hand straps but I heard that the gel would be better for improving my grip.🤷🏼‍♀️

I gave up meat, sold my car and refuse to buy another, avoid using plastic as much as I can, carry my own steel straw, give my own utensils for food delivery, turn off the lights if not used, use water mindfully, carry my own steel bottles  etc. 
I am not asking anyone to be extreme and quit things but we can all do our best to avoid some of the things like plastic usage, exploiting water and electricity, depending on transportation that uses fossil fuels, incorporating moderate consumption of meat, being mindful about littering and spreading awareness about pollution to others.

🎀Для Теста:
Овсяная мука-250гр
Вода-700мл
Яйца-2 белка, 1 желток 
Разрыхлитель-1ч.л
Соль-1ч.л

🎀Для Начинки:
Творог 9%-250гр
Банан-150гр
Сметана 15%-20гр
Слива-50гр

👩🏻‍🍳Приготовление:
➡️Муку смешать с тёплой водой,соль, разрыхлитель.Отдельно взбить яйца, потом постепенно вливать в овсяную массу. Дать настояться 15 минут🕒
➡️Творог смешать с бананом, сметаной в однородную массу. Поделить массу на две равные части, одну часть смешать со сливой, другая без изменений.
➡️Выпекать блинчики на хорошо разогретой сковороде, слегка смазать сковородку маслом ( у меня оливковое).
➡️Каждый блинчик поочерёдно мазать разными начинками. ➡️Оформление по желанию, я присыпала какао, посередине сметана+ 3гр сахара.
