So much to post today as I've been doing so damn much. First thing first is the video tip of the week!
Last week we talked about foot placement on the leg press and today we are talking about foot placement on leg extensions.
1️⃣ Turning your toes inward! Focuses greatly on the outside of the quads. You'll really feel it.
2️⃣ Toes pointing outward! Targets that inner thigh much more.
3️⃣ Toes point upward or neutral! This will evenly disperse the load across your whole quad. Nice and slow reps!
𝙏𝙝𝙚 5️⃣ 𝙠𝙚𝙮𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙗𝙞𝙜 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 🔑
When it comes to training to build a big back, it really isn't all that complicated and doesn't have to be.
1️⃣ Pick a horizontal pull. Examples being row variations such as a barbell, DB, cable, or seal row.
2️⃣ Pick a vertical pull variation such as pull ups/chin ups or lat pull downs.
3️⃣Perform 10-20 sets per week for your back using a combination of the above exercises.
4️⃣Progressively overload your movements week to week by way of adding weight, reps, or sets.
5️⃣ Do the above consistently over a long period of time.
And that’s really all you need!

Put it some slight work today and loaded 225lbs on the bar for the #romaniandeadlift for the 1st time ever. I was actually surprised on how well the weight moved especially because I don’t normally use a lot of weight with this movement in particular.
✅FIT NURSE TIP: The key to this particular lift is to pull with your hamstrings and engage your glutes while keeping your core tight. ⚠️Remember to keep the bend in your knees minimal.
🍩Side note: It’s CHEAT DAY! ❤️ if you’re a true donut fan!
❇️FUN FACT: I prefer to train bigger muscle groups with a cardio session on cheat day first thing in the morning to make room for all the ungodly amounts of calories 😅
Definitely going to feel today’s session tomorrow, BUT if I time the food coma just right, I might be able to sleep through some of the pain 😂

I was not a college dropout. In fact, I went to a top University, had the time of my life, got hired while in college as a cooperative education employee and then hired on permanently full time at my dream job. One bad part - I suffer in heat in Houston.
I don’t know anything else except for reaching for your goals and accomplishing them.
Why am I telling you this?
Because post after post after post are all the same, “I got out of debt through my biz so you can to!” - you know something like that. .

I am signing the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) wall because I worked on/during the shuttle program.
When you focus on something long enough you'll get the result your looking for.
My squat form used to be garbage but now it is way better. I've watched all the videos and read all of the articles but I was missing something simple. A good warm up, this changed my squat completely, I am able to squat so much lower now. I am doing @megsquats Stronger by the Day program and it is AMAZE BALLS. I am honestly blown away with this program and it's only my first week. The warm up that we do everyday gets my body ready to kick some ass and I freaking love it.
