There is no universal formula for weight loss and what worked for your best friend might not work for you. In fact, the best workout plan depends on variables such as how efficiently your body burns fat, your hormonal balance, your lifestyle and nutrition.
Generally speaking- medical conditions aside - every person can benefit from strength training as it helps increase bone mass and lean mass, improves body composition, cardiovascular fitness and strength. If you increase your muscle mass, you will be able to burn more calories at rest. Sweet, uh? To mix up your workouts, I also recommend cardio training which, not only improves your cardiovascular health, but it can help burn fat especially if done in a fasted state, meaning around 8 to 12 hours after your last meal. Fasted cardio increases the breakdown of fat cells for energy, instead of carbohydrates.
If you are struggling to see results, rethink your workouts and nutrition and always seek for help from professionals!

Il miglior piano di allenamento dipende da variabili come il modo in cui il tuo corpo brucia efficientemente il grasso, il tuo equilibrio ormonale, il tuo stile di vita e la tua alimentazione. In generale, ogni persona può trarre beneficio dall'allenamento di forza poiché aumenta la densità ossea e la massa magra, migliora la composizione corporea, la salute cardiovascolare e la forza. Se aumenti la massa muscolare, sarai in grado di bruciare più calorie a riposo. Fantastico, eh?! Per mixare i tuoi allenamenti, ti consiglio di non escludere mai il cardio che, oltre a migliorare la tua salute cardiovascolare, può aiutare a bruciare grasso, specialmente se fatto a digiuno, ovvero tra le 8 e le 12 ore dopo l'ultimo pasto quando le scorte di glicogeno sono molto basse e dunque si favorirà l’utilizzo delle riserve di grasso come fonte energetica. Se non riesci ad ottenere risultati, riconsidera i tuoi allenamenti e soprattutto la tua alimentazione, specialmente con l'aiuto di professionisti.

It’s designed to make front squatting more comfortable. I personally like the uncomfortable feel front squatting haha but that’s just me! Feels like a good machine for those struggling with proper front squats though! •*
