There is a powerful moment in life when you either decide to tolerate life the way it is or decide to be brave and change it.
For so long I tolerated my anxiety and the way it made me feel. I got used to my attacks and always feeling like crap during and after.
I wasn’t brave enough.
But, I finally said enough was enough and I went to see a therapist. I get anxious right before the appointments, and I still try to talk myself out of it, but I still go...
I honestly don’t know where the bravery came from to start medication and see a therapist, but even if it doesn’t work...I’m still proud of myself for trying 🙏🏼💜
