A twist to the traditional Middle Eastern dish "Shakshuka", this savory egg dish contains 40 percent of daily recommended fiber.
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 white onion, diced
1/2 cup chickpeas, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 cups Swiss or red chard, chopped
Fresh basil, for garnish
* Preheat oven to 400°F.
* Heat oil in ovenproof skillet over medium heat. * Add onion and garlic and sauté for five minutes. Add chickpeas and sauté for another three minutes.
* Add diced tomatoes, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, red pepper flakes, and bring to a boil. *Turn the heat down to simmer for 10 minutes.
*Add Swiss chard and cook down for about one minute.
*Make six little wells in the tomato and chard mixture, and add eggs to the skillet slowly.
*Move the skillet to the preheated oven, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the whites are set.
*Remove from oven, sprinkle with basil, serve, and enjoy.

Although I always thought it’s just a take away/delivery place until now.
My friends and I were deciding a place to have lunch at and that’s when I found out Grub is a place where we can dine out. I was excited to go to Grub, it had been more than 5 months since I last had that pasta.
The place is little but the interior is chic. You get a good vibe as soon as you enter.
It’s self service. The problem occurred when we were deciding what to order and while discussing we told the guy behind the counter to place an order for small pizza: please know that the order was yet not finalised and this was just a pre-order before saying, “yes, punch out the bill.” We then wanted to change the pizza to large from small but we were informed we can’t do that because once the order gets punched it cannot be changed no matter what. If you say you want coke and then later on say no, I want a different drink then you cannot do that because once the order goes in the system it cannot be changed.
This was the first time I heard something like this.
Coming to the food I regretted big time not to order my usual, pasta.
Pizza was average, not something I’d try again.
The burgers were okay too.
Mush burger was still the saving grace of the day.
Not writing the details because the food was just not worth it. Even the fries were stale!
I’d go to Grub again but ONLY for the pasta. Nothing else is really worth trying.
Oh and if you put a check in you get a free appetiser that depends on what’s available in the kitchen. Check in and get a surprise🤷🏻♀️

PANINI DOLCI AL LATTE !
Qui sotto la ricetta:⤵️📝
* 250ml latte
* 1 cucchiaio zucchero
* 15gr lievito birra
* 50gr olio oliva
* 1 uovo
* 500gr farina
* 1/2 cucchiaio di sale
Scaldare poco poco il latte poi aggiungerci lo zucchero, il lievito e un po’ di farina e far riposare per 15 minuti.
Dopodiché aggiungere l’olio, uovo e la farina un po’ alla volta e per finire il sale. Far lievitare per 2 ore e dopo si possono preparare i panini. Una volta che fatti i panini, prima di cuocerli, farli lievitare per altri 30 minuti. Cuocere a 200 gradi per 25 minuti. Ed ecco il risultato! Io ho usato la farina SAPORE ANTICO di @molinopagani una bontà! 😍 ve li consiglio con questa farina perché sembrano delle crescente 🤩

THIS IS ALSO KIND OF HEALTHY NOODLES 😂Because you eat veggie in it without have any feel you're eating any vegetables😂 Amazing right?!! This menu fit a lot for you that don't like or never eat veggie before.At least can help you learn to start eat healthier 💪Even tough there's some vegetables in it,such as tomatoes,carrots,and brocolli,but I don't feel like eating any vegetables at all because all of the boiled vegetables taste mixed so well and covered up with the taste of the sauce and noodles itself.HEALTHY BUT YUMMY 💚
But for me personally,as a Veggie Lover💚I really like the cherry tomatoes that have a little sour and sweet flavour, makes the noodles taste richer and give fresh sensation.The brocolli and carrot also cooked well.There's also lightly sweet taste from the carrot💘
