Today I harvested the first rhubarb of the year and what did I do with it?
I made a rhubarb - almond cream ‘petit gateau’ from @petitgateauamsterdam 🧡

☀️EXERCISE FOR TODAY☀️ (sadly this has been my view the majority of the day as I’ve been trying to get lots of uni work done cos I feel very behind as the Easter hols finish😰) 1. Early 7am spin session this morning for half an hour (I was going to spin again tonight but a muscle in my leg is quite sore so I’m resting it until tomorrow)🚴🏼♀️

3. Once I’ve finished my uni work for the day, I’ll be doing some yoga before getting into bed as per usual🧘🏼♀️
Quick and easy steamed summer squash, green onion, mushrooms, celery, garlic and kale seasoned with liquid aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and a bit of agave, over quinoa cooked in coconut milk and tumeric and a side of fried yellow plantains...dinner is served! 🤗
