I spent a good amount of Saturday morning’s 2.5 hour aerobic trainer ride scouring the internet for Sunday night’s dinner. I decided upon this slow cooker turkey breast, which I served with a large variety of roasted vegetables. Today I threw some frozen raspberries in with the mix and almond butter and a bit of maple on top. I used @arbonne chocolate protein and Arbonne protein boost to make these.
Such a quick and easy option for a busy mumma who had very little sleep, a bleeding and falling out tooth, projectile spew and a hospital check up this am, in between copious pints consumed at the milky bar 🥛🥰🥛

Our Sunny Acai Bowl is looking pretty tasty and colorful today 😍. If you haven't tried one of our 4 varieties of smoothie bowls, you've got to come in and give one a try. This smoothie bowl contains the following: pineapple juice, acai, frozen pineapple 🍍 and mango, and then topped with fresh kiwi 🥝 strawberries 🍓 bananas 🍌shredded coconut 🥥and pumpkin seeds.
This long weekend is doing wonders for me. Catching up on sleep. Barely leaving my apt. Watching movies. Reading. Cooking. And I still have one more day! I threw together this bowl a few days ago, when I had barely anything in the fridge and it was actually pretty good! Is there anything that @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi can’t do?

We are constantly inundated with change. This is not a bad thing at all, change is good. We grow from change. We learn to adapt. We become stronger.
But, sometimes things in our life change which we have no control over and can create chaos, stress and anxiety.
During times of stress it becomes even more important to fuel your bodies with healthy, nutrient dense and anti-inflammatory foods. Additionally, by taking control over what you fuel your body with can help relieve some of the stress created by lack of control in other areas of your life.
As a health coach I don't just put my clients on a meal plan. I take a deeper look at all of the areas affecting my client's health. Then we create an individualized plan, with the right support and accountability, to make sure better health is inevitable.

Topped with avocado, egg, and @traderjoes everything hit the bagel seasoning. For someone who doesn’t love garlic or salt I have stayed away from this for awhile but dang it changed my avocado game 😍

Today’s lunch not only did I mix bread up by having one thick slice of white toast with 1 thick wholemeal slice (which was a crust buttered with flora spread) but I also mixed up beans too by using some branston beans with Heinz five beans 😉 (half a tin altogether) it’s such a good combination. 👌 80g of cherry tomatoes 🍅 and cucumber 🥒 (40g) with Heinz bbq sauce🍖(for dipping the toast into😋)dessert was a chocolate 🍫 & hazelnut 🥜 praline magnum icecream 🍦 which was my last one which I’m sad about 😪 because I was really enjoying having them after lunch. I have last magnum to my mum. Интерьер в @bbq.religion классный, мы нафоткались у каждой стены😂 Плюс есть детский стул, что тоже не маловажно, а так же в меню есть детские блюда, Алиса покушала осьминоножки из сосисок с макарошками😎

Had a doctors appointment this morning and things are shit, theres no other way to say it really, I'm losing weight and engaging horrendously with ED behaviours. The doctor wanted to send me to hospital there and then, but I'm going back home for a week tomorrow and I know I will eat whilst I'm there, so my gp and the ED team have agreed I can go home and will see them when I'm back next week. I know all they're going to do is push a hospital admission, and its fucking terrifying, part of me doesn't believe it's as bad as everyone is making it out to be, but rationally I know that's my ED talking. So I've gained myself an extra week at least which I'm going to enjoy, I'm gonna spend time with the pup and my mum and I get a day back home with my best friend who I love to pieces ❤ I need to find a way to talk to my mum about how bad things are... but mainly I'm going to enjoy this week cos once I'm back then my gp and the ED team will get involved... but one day at a time, that's all I can do for now.
Day 12 Whole30 ✨
One of my biggest struggles has been meal prepping. I’m so used to being on track for breakfast + lunch but then dinner comes + all I have are eggs 😅 With Nikki’s help, I’ve been trying to COMPLETELY follow the meal template. That includes protein, lots of veggies, + a plated fat [if you can’t tell, almond butter is my favorite🥜]

Lunching on a salad box and a salt and vinegar rice cake. Lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, mushroom, pepper, onion, aubergine, and olives!! Olives are a bit of a challenge addition cos they're there for taste rather than anything else and that's a lot. Rice cake is an addition this week cos you don't recover by staying still and giving in to stupid head voices. I've got the gym later, then I'm debating challenging myself to make a meal like a chilli rather than just stir fried or fajita spiced veggies, which are my safe foods at the moment. Ibe also had 2 coffees today and am planning a proper late afternoon snack as well as a pre gym energy boost. Downside to this otherwise v positive update is that I've started counting calories and re downloaded my app but I'm hoping it'll help me make sensible increases and stay in control.
