Always listen to your body. Recover where you need it. Being sore is normal, but being hurt is not. Never push your self SO HARD that you can’t do anything the next day. Thats isnt going to make you stronger.
I don’t expect my body to do a workout when I have a migraine. Its already inflamed. Its trying to heal from something that wipes it out already. I wouldnt expect my challengers to do that either.
Today was full of fun and laughter, it was my husbands grandma’s 81st birthday. WOW.
