👋🏻I am Zu, and I am really big fan of healthy and earth friendly lifestyle. I am student and I find it sometimes difficult, so I share my solutions with people around. I am currently vegetarian, because I struggled with getting enough proteins from plants, but I am getting back there.
I am athlete and retired model so it’s really important for me to be fit and healthy.

Probably the ugliest set I've had all bulk. Glad to have got it but the strength was well below what was expected going in.
You're always going to have those days though, just going to put a PR in the bank and learn from it to get better.
My lessons I took away are:
- I've been too slack on quality and quantity of foods in eating (eat more).
- Need to get more/consistent sleep.
- Relax a little on the outside stressors of life (these effect recovery a lot).

1. Kettlebell walking lunges ( I was quite intimated by this exercise for a while but it’s great for the whole body!)
2. Burpees with kettlebell shoulder press
3. Side lunge jump off
40secs work 20rest for 4-5 times!
