☠️25 MINUTE BOOTCAMP WORKOUT☠️

🎯a couple kettlebells or dumbbells. Lighter than you usually use because you’re going to be exhausted trying to move them around.
🎯a list of the exercises in front of you
1️⃣place each marker 5 big paces apart from each other, in a straight line.
2️⃣set your timer for 25 minutes.
3️⃣once timer starts, begin working through the 20 exercises. You’re doing 20 reps of each exercise but BETWEEN each exercise you’re doing suicides between the markers (just the one way and run back)
4️⃣see how far you can get through the 20 exercises in 25 minutes! Good luck 😈
▪️lateral squat shuffles
▪️single arm jerk, 10 each side
▪️hand raise pushups
▪️single leg deadlifts, 10 each side
In between every exercise, before you can move on to the next one, you have to run through your markers! (As shown in last video)

I think I’m going to call this one, “Ocho”... 8 crossings of the bridge on Rickenbacker causeway.
1&2 - with a 60# sandbag and a 20# vest + 20 squats after each crossing.
3&4 - 60# sandbag + squats
5&6 - 20# vest + squats
7&8 - no added weight + squats
7.16mi or 11.5k

Tomorrow we start a new training block, kicking it all off with 3-Peat.
Each exercise has a target for you to aim for. With 10 stations, each 45 seconds long and 3 laps of the room! This session is a great way to test yourself!

Warrior II strengthens the legs, opens the hips and chest . Warrior II develops concentration, balance and groundedness. This pose improves circulation and respiration and energizes the entire body.
Together with thousands and thousands of other people I made may way into the city and Hyde Park this morning. However instead of lining up on the start line for the half marathon I started my run back home to Parramatta! 3hours22minutes and 32km later I’m finally home!
Just here to show you it’s ok to get sweaty in the gym 💁🏻♀️ I used to HATE doing any cardio in the gym cause I knew what a mess I would get 😂 but I actually LOVE it now, and I’m really enjoying running! So go get sweaty, go work for you, and 🖕🏻 anyone who judges you for it 🙌🏻 #doyou

The course is broken down in 6 segments. Every Sunday from 4-5:30PM you will have a new course segment taught by KPJAYI authorized teacher @briceyogashtanga. For 6 weeks you will build on and learn the first 1/2 of Primary series, the posture names in Sanskrit, the Sanskrit vinyasa count for Primary Series, and a brief intro into the yoga philosophy as written by Patanjali.
With this course you will also receive 5 weeks of unlimited classes at AYA to help you intagrate all you've learned during Sunday course classes.

Happy Saturday!! No sleepin in for me, was up early this morning for my #saturdaysweat with a Hiit + run workout. (Swipe left 👉🏼 for workout) of course one of my favorite workout partners joined me. 🐾 .
I’m not much of a runner now, there was a time in my fitness journey, that I was, but I do enjoy a good Hiit workout & getting outside. And jogging for 2-3 min at a time isn’t so bad. 😉. Finished off the workout with 10 push-ups + 10 shoulder taps for 3 rounds. It was a pretty good workout. Not a bad way to start the day 👍🏼 It felt good to get up early & get it in and done. .
Yes! It’s hard.
Yes it’s easier to sleep in,
Yes it’s The Weekend.
Yes it’s easier to skip the workout.
Buuuttt... putting in the hard work WILL pay off. .
What’s going to push you to stay the course this weekend? .
For me it’s remembering how good I feel, when I get my workout in & how proud I am of myself when I keep my meals lean, clean & green. .
Remember Between Fri, Sat, Sun your weekends add up to half your week & half your success. It’s important to have a healthy active weekend with a workout, fitness class, gym date, walks, hikes, healthy cooking, meal prep. & to treat your body with care.
