Si bien es cierto que contar con el apoyo de algunas personas te fortalece, no es lo indispensable para lograrlo, lo primero ES CREER, DARTE X EXITOSO! Aunque sea tu primero día de entreno! EL CUERPO RESPONDE A LO QUE LA MENTE LE ORDENA 🧐 ok! 
Con esto dicho, pasemos a que tú cuerpo es una maquinita que necesita combustible para rendir, entonces si tienes una meta, una carrera, un sueño, un desafío! El entreno, como la comida para ello son indispensable y van de la mano! El entreno se hace sin protestar y la comida se hace con propósito, es decir los antojos pueden venir pero tú propósito estará primero! No seas el primero en sabotear tu ilusión! No te pongas más obstáculos de los que se te cruzarán por el camino! Por muy experto que seas en el tema, estudia tu meta, pide asesorías que empaparse de conocimiento solo te hará las cosas más fáciles 😉 
Consejos: •Evalúa tu nivel de compromiso. •Antes de empezar a trabajar para lograr una meta difícil, •es importante que te preguntes cuán comprometido estás. ...
•Asegúrate de que tu meta sea específica y medible. ...
•Divide la meta en submetas. ...

•Ten en cuenta los obstáculos.

dependiendo de tu objetivo, tu preparación puede durar meses, o días pero, lo que determina el éxito es no darse por vencido! 💪🏻

OK, first of all, let’s be honest; I’m a very competitive person. I’m also the kind of person who can’t tolerate cheating and lying, even when it comes to board games LOL. 👻
Second, I think it’s important to talk about failure.
Why hiding the truth? Admitting not being perfect only shows you’re human like everybody else, and that is not a negative thing, right? It only makes you more loveable. 🥰
People like honest people. Plus, to fail is to learn. We all fail sometimes. To pretend the opposite is hypocrite. 
There’s WAY TOO MUCH fake representation on social media🤦🏻‍♀️ (tools to distort your face& body (WTF?!?!), making up a life that doesn’t exist, fake booties/hips/waist/boobs/chin/jaw line/cheek bones/lips/nose, etc.)
I’m sick of fakeness; let’s stop surrendering ourselves with it. 🙅🏻‍♀️❌
I mean, YOU DO YOU, but I personally enjoy realness. 👀 ⚡️
THAT BEING SAID (lol omg why such a long introduction tho, why am I like this?), I’m doing the #DryFebruary challenge, and YES, I failed! I was invited for dinner on Saturday night and I had a feeeew drinks (I felt awful all day long on Sunday until I had a bunch of fries around 7PM but that’s another story lol). 🐷🍟
I was aware I would fail my challenge, and I was fine with it. Because I wanted to have wine with my friends, and because I’m done being harsh with myself. 💜
Anyways, I’m still doing the challenge until the end of the month 😜 
Don’t be hard on yourself if you fail! Be honest about it! It’s ok! Nobody’s perfect! Perfection is in the imperfection 😌❤️ .

Ogni tanto preparo qualcosa di diverso da riso e pollo 😌 Mancava solo un uovo per renderlo un piatto perfetto, ma non ne avevo 🙈😭😂
A proposito di UOVA, visto che alcuni hanno ancora una strana fobia a riguardo, facciamo il punto della situazione 😂
"Massimo due uova a settimana" PERCHEEEEÈ???
Le uova contengono sia proteine che grassi, e ognuna circa 200 mg di colesterolo. Ma cosa diavolo è questo COLESTEROLO??
È un grasso, ed è fondamentale per il nostro organismo, tant'è che circa l'80% è sintetizzato endogenamente e solo in piccola parte viene assunto con l'alimentazione.
Questa molecola viene trasportata nel sangue con delle diverse lipoproteine: abbiamo principalmente le LDL (lipoproteine a bassa densità) sono collegate al colesterolo CATTIVO perché tendono a depositarsi nei vasi ed a causare problemi cardiovascolari, le HDL (lipoproteine ad alta densità) sono collegate al colesterolo BUONO perché invece ne permettono il trasporto verso il fegato.
Studi hanno dimostrato che le uova NON sono dannose e NON sono responsabili di un aumento del colesterolo cosiddetto cattivo, anzi sono stati riscontrati effetti positivi come un aumento delle HDL, inoltre contengono vitamine, lecitine (prevengono malattie del sistema cardiovascolare e ostacolano il deposito di colesterolo), ferro e presentano un ottimo profilo proteico.
Ovviamente quando si parla di IPERCOLESTEROLEMIA per cause genetiche, iperalimentazione, patologie quali diabete, obesità, etc, situazioni in cui si ha un'eccessiva produzione di colesterolo endogeno, ci sono terapie mirate al controllo di questi livelli, e bisogna fare attenzione alla dieta e al consumo di cibi ricchi di grassi (soprattutto saturi). Un effetto di regolazione è svolto dalla niacina, che è facilmente reperibile come integratore.

Con una media di dieci uova a settimana, le mie analisi del sangue confermano che sto bene ✌🏻 e ho le HDL al di sopra della media 🤪
Detto ciò, ora non dovete mangiare per forza tutte queste uova, ma se siete in salute sicuramente dovreste farvi meno paranoie! 🖤

Heute bin ich wieder ganz langsam wieder mit Sport angefangen, die gewichte habe ich mehr als 50%reduziert. Mehr hätte ich auch nicht geschafft. Ich war wirklich heftig krank und mehr möchte ich meinem Körper nicht zumuten.
Ihr lieben, ich habe in der letzen Woche gemerkt wie wichtig es ist sich aus zu ruhen. Ich tue das meinem Körper nie wieder an und gehe krank zur Arbeit geschweige denn zum Sport.
Aber jetzt heißt es nach vorne gucken, nicht mehr lange bis zur newcomer 😍

Voici ce à quoi ressemble ma progession des 24 dernières semaines de prise de masse. Je vais être honnête avec vous, ça pas été facile tous les jours! La réalité c’est que prendre 16,5 lbs on le sent. On prend pas juste du muscles en prise de masse. Un 2 pouces de plus de taille, de fesse, de cuisse on le sent... et on le voit. 😣 Ça c’est la partie “sacrifice” qu’on doit faire temporairement pour pouvoir grossir la masse musculaire de base. Et je vous cacherai pas que présentement, je ne trouve pas ça très gratifiant comme progression. Mais je sais que c’est temporaire et c’est pourquoi la prochaine phase de cut est la bienvenue!!!!!

Mon objectif est de passer de 21% de gras à 12-14% en juin prochain. Le défi sera de perdre la masse graisseuse sans trop perdre de masse musculaire. Je suis très confiante d’y arriver, j’ai une coach de feu qui me guide tellement bien dans mon parcours!!! She’s just The Best!!!!! 😘

Wiele osób boryka się z problemem bólu w odcinku lędźwiowym. Boi się ciężarów. Niepotrzebnie😉 systematyczne obciążanie wzmocni gorset mięśniowy, który pracuje praktycznie w każdym ćwiczeniu.

Przy dolegliwościach bólowych pleców warto je wzmacniać ćwiczeniami izolowanymi, które nie obciążają odcinka lędźwiowego. Jak boli - nie robić. Dodatkowo wzmocnione mięśnie głębokie będą podpierać kręgosłup od przodu💪

Na filmie macie parę ćwiczeń typu core które pomogą wzmocnić i ustabilizować całe ciało:
1. Dotykanie barków z przejściem do jednego z ruchów animal flow - tu obczajajcie profil @ivvanitta ktora rządzi w tym temacie✌
2. Unoszenie kończyn naprzemiennie w czworakach - kolana nad podłogą,
3. Unoszenie kończyn w planku naprzemiennie z mini bandem jako opór,
4. Ściąganie łopatek z hantelkami w leżeniu przodem - angażuje prostownik grzbietu.
