There was a time I struggled with insecurities and battled a poor relationship with disordered-eating and over-exercising. I reached a point of extremes and it became detrimental to my health. Once I learned the ropes to get to where I wanted to be, my mindset completely switched from the spotlight being on body image to bettering my health.
The goal I have for my clients is to build a beautiful foundation. They train to build a lifestyle that is successful in all areas of life. I want them to build physiques that they feel confident in while incorporating healthy habits with nutrition and having the freedom to enjoy their lifestyle.
I work with motivated men & women who want to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. These individuals train to be strong, fit and mobile while incorporating an unrestrictive diet that is maintainable. I set them up to succeed for life and have realistic ever lasting results beyond my programs. -
My programs are not for individuals who want a quick fix to unrealistic results. My morals don’t align with being beaten into the ground for shredded abs resulting in low energy and health problems down the road.
I am accepting online clients who desperately want to change their habits, feel healthier, have energy, and are determined to get into the best shape of their lives.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. This sport is not about instant gratification, and if you can’t handle that then you won’t succeed in the long term. Not everyone will win their first show, or go pro their first season, and I’m okay with that.
This is bodyBUILDING. You must take time to grow, to build the body judges are looking for, to constantly improve yourself.
And that’s what I love most. Being able to wake up everyday and improve upon what you did the day before.
I KNOW I’ve already beat this girl 👆🏼 and come 2019 y’all will see for yourselves.

They came down from LA this passed weekend for a team workout and a much needed boys weekend. We got better and most importantly had fun in the process!

➡️Vamos a hablar un poco de en que nos tenemos que fijar para saber realmente si estamos progresando ya sea subiendo músculo o perdiendo grasa.
1️⃣Cómo numero uno pondremos el espejo, cómo te ves al espejo? Cómo te sientes?.
2️⃣Después es muy importante tomarse medidas de torso, cintura, cadera, incluso pierna y brazo para saber más a detalle de donde estamos perdiendo grasa o ganando músculo.
3️⃣Cómo te queda la ropa?.
4️⃣Último y menos importante es el peso, este es muy relativo, por que? Bueno...
Imagina que estas pesando lo mismo que hace un mes pero has bajado muchos centímetros de cintura y cadera, que paso? Pues hubo una ganancia de músculo y una perdida de grasa, el músculo y la grasa es cómo comparar en volumen un kg de acero con un kg de paja, el músculo ocupa muchísimo menos, no se fijen en el peso si están empezando un plan, los primeros meses pasa.
➡️Cómo saber exacto cuánto estamos pesando? Muy fácil, nos pesamos a diario los 7 días de la semana en ayunas habiendo ido al baño, después sumamos los 7 numeros y los dividimos entre 7, por que hacerlo asi? Porque hay muchos des balances de agua, un día puedes pesar más, otro menos, por eso lo mejor es hacerlo de esta manera.
EN INDIVIDUOS MUY AVANZADOS POR DEBAJO DEL 8/10% DE GRASA SABER SI ESTAN PROGRESANDO PARA BAJAR MÁS LA GRASA SERIA A TRAVES DE UN PLICOMETRO.
