Sunshine or rain go move your body somewhere and somehow, our bodies are designed to move. We seize up if we don’t, go work it out.....they are amazing!
And just a reminder - don’t forget to train your back! Make sure you’ve got that in your program. We can’t see our back but we need a strong back for many reasons especially as we age. But not just that, if you want to improve your posture as well get training it and get out of the slouch we put ourselves in daily! 👌🏼
