طريقة التحضير:
وضع الدجاج، ونصف كمية اللبن الرائب، وخليط البهارات في وعاء الخلط جيداً، ثمّ تغطية الخليط ووضعه في الثلاجة لمدّة ثماني ساعات على الأقلّ. تسخين الزيت النباتي في قدر على النار، ثم وضع البصل، والفلفل الأخضر، والثوم المدقوق والتحريك جيداً حتى يذبل الخليط.
رفع الخليط عن النار ووضعه في الخلاط الكهربائي، وإضافة الكمية المتبقيّة من اللبن الرائب، وربّ البندورة إليه والخلط جيداً للحصول على خليط متجانس.
وضع الخليط في مقلاة على النار وتحريكه جيداً حتى يتّسبك، ثم إضافة الدجاج وتحريكه جيداً من جميع النواحي حتى يحمر. تغطية الماسالا وتركه لمدّة عشرين دقيقة على نار هادئة، وبعدها رفعه عن النار ووضعه في صحن للتقديم، وتزيينه بالبقدونس المفروم، وقليل من كريما الطبخ
