Would you believe if I told I ate Biryani, sizzler, chicken tikka, popcorn , fish curry rice and all my favourite food and still lost 19 kgs in 12 weeks ? It's time to believe now.
Well It Colin and Neha 2 years and 280 + transformations to convince me to take up this challenge
I had conditions which where hard to agree upon but the team never said No. I never wanted to go hungry, never wanted to join Gym and never wanted to stop eating my favourite Biryani or a nice Sizzler.
I was 124 when I started and now Iam 105 and all I did was eat what they asked me too and just walked for 1 hour daily ( no Gym )
Both Neha and Colin had to play a major role where Neha Customised my diet every week as per my liking Colin travelled all the way to Mangalore improve my Walking and motivate me when ever I got lazy.
Infact he even helped me run my first 5K.
I did this for Colin more than myself because he was emotionally very attached to my transformation and the only reason for me to never quit was his Story of Transformation and the Weekend Cheat Meal the BIRYANI which Neha gave in my diet.
For the first time I feel happy about loosing a bet and Conefit proved that you can loose weight just by using real science and minimal excercise.
Its not just about weight loss, i quit smoking, quit drinking and have completely understood my body in these past 84 days.
My 12 weeks challenge ends here but am all geared up for the next transformation with Conefit.
Someone rightly said Abs are made in kitchen not at Gym. And i will achieve those abs!'

It’s the kickboxing challenge today let’s get moving and concentrate on building strength in our legs today. Use a bar on the wall or a chair to hold on to get in to the chamber position and with knee in and circle the foot one way then the other gradually try to straighten the leg and bring it back in try both ways and both let’s. Try Pointed and flexed foot as well, you can even try using a hoop to circle with your foot which is quite good fun and very strenuous. Have fun everyone your kicks will really improve with really strong legs and amazing balance. Gradually will be able to start doing this away from the wall or chair. This photo was taken in 2016 shortly after I quit my job. Anyone who saw us that day would have seen a happy family walking in the sunshine. But inside, I felt lost and empty.
It’s not a pretty story, and honestly, it’s not the face I want to share with the world.
So why put myself through it? I believe that if we were all more honest about our struggles, so much of the pain of comparison and feeling inadequate next to everyone else would dissolve.
So here is my story.
On a bitterly wintery day in January 2015, when I was snowed in and working from home, I broke. I opened my laptop and started crying. I couldn't think a coherent thought, my brain was like mud.
As someone who spent my whole life prior to this pushing through when things got tough, I was later shocked to discover I had no control over this. None.
There was not one reason, but an accumulation. I was 35, working hard at a demanding career. I had two children aged 2 & 5, both terrible sleepers, and little family support nearby. •
The culture in the company I worked for was brutal. Endless performance reviews, backstabbing, and a musical chairs-esque merry-go-round of restructures and redundancies.
On top of this, I'd elected to work compressed hours, 4 days crammed into 3, so I could afford childcare. Not working wasn’t an option financially, nor was downgrading to a school-hours job.
My burnout, or breakdown, or depression, or all of the above, came as a surprise to me. Of course in hindsight, the path was littered with clues.

For a lot of people, it may seem taxing to live out the whole plant-based lifestyle cause it entails preparing your own meals at home. For you busy people out there, maybe meal prepping is for you!
Plan your meals for the whole week and prepare them on a weekend. Start with the basics, wash your greens, boil the potatoes/sweetpotatoes, cook some grains (rice, or Quinoa) whatever floats your boat. :) Have some fruits in the fridge for easy access or freeze them so you can easily make a smoothie.
For my packed lunch, I decided to cook some basmati rice, vegetable curry, salad with romaine and purple cabbage with a miso tahini dressing, plus a strawberry banana smoothie on the side :)
