Hello! Hope you all are having an amazing Monday 😍 I had made pizzas a couple of weeks back, one of which was posted a few days ago. I'm sharing the recipe of the 'no-yeast' multigrain pizza base which is high on fibre and nutrition and can be made instantly. The goodness of multiple flours makes it a guilt free alternative to the usual pizza. .
Ingredients 🍕1/2 Cup Maize Flour
🍕3 tbsp Amaranth Flour 🍕1/4 Cup Jowar Flour 🍕1/2 Cup Whole wheat Flour 🍕1 tbsp Flax seeds Powder
🍕3 tbsp Refined Flour 🍕1 tsp Baking Powder 🍕1 Cup Yogurt
🍕Salt to taste 🍕Olive Oil for brushing
1⃣Mix all the flours, baking powder, salt and knead into a dough using curd. The dough will be sticky initially but once you go on kneading for about 5-7 minutes, it'll come together. Apply some olive oil once the dough is ready and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
2⃣Preheat the oven at 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Take some dough, roll it into a ball and flatten it, either with a rolling pin or with your hands. I placed it onto the baking tray and flattened it with my hands and finger tips.
3⃣Poke holes with a fork and brush it with some olive oil or any other oil.
Bake the base for about 10 minutes. 4⃣Meanwhile you can chop the veggies and get your toppings ready. Once the base is ready, let it cool down.
5⃣Preheat the oven at 230°C and bake your pizza for about 15 minutes. I used the homemade pizza sauce that I'd made a while ago, some zuchinni slices, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions and grated cheese. Sprinkled some oregano and dried Basil leaves by @keyafoods
P.S. With these ingredients I got to make two pizzas, a large and a medium sized. You can adjust the proportions accordingly. .
Sid, tried this multigrain pizza recipe on your demand😍 @siddhanntarora1992 . Check out my stories for the recipe 😊

Bom domingo 😘😘😘
Cauliflower rice 🍚
Cauliflower is chopped down into itty bitty pieces (or I would highly recommend using a food processor). Then cooked in a pan with sesame oil. After softening up some, seasoned with garlic powder, turmeric, black pepper, and cayenne. When almost soft, frozen pack of veggies (defrosted already) goes in. Contained zucchini, yellow squash, onion, red bell peppers, green beans, and carrots. Low sodium soy sauce was added as the salt component. Finished on high heat and adding in egg 👍🏽 Then just a basic side salad.
I would improve this by sautéing garlic and onion before putting in the cauliflower for more aromatics. And using fresh veggies instead of frozen. The frozen packs are convenient though, so definitely better when trying to save time!
Happy saturday 🌞
Seitan chik'n. Simple recipe. First time making this. I will be making this again soon. Very good. .
As a new vegan. I am having a hard time with textures. But im not giving up just yet.
Okay. Tofu chicken taco!!!
I was a hardcore chicken eater my whole life until 3 months ago. This tastes NOTHING like chicken tacos. .
BUT I must say it came out pretty damn good !!! .
Its something I can't give up on and will take time to adjust too. Embrace the change ❤
