Pharmacist Ben Fuchs explaining the cause of all chronic disease can be traced to your body breaking down, that’s it, it’s either anabolic or catabolic. When that happens three systems are affected, the digestive system, blood, and adrenal system. That can be complicated to break down, but just think when food is broken down for energy use in your digestive tract, then the blood shuttles it around your body, then the adrenal system releases various hormones. So if that whole system is messed up you can imagine what can go wrong but it’s not a compartment. One piece can just break down without and affect on another. It’s all related, you break down, and when it’s gone on for long enough, now it’s a chronic dis-ease. Watch the whole thing on YouTube, Ben does a great job of easily explaining how a chronic disease develops, and what to do about it. He’s big into nutritional deficiencies, I agree with that too, but I also know people that do all that already do that and still can have problems. But since I have a chiropractic brain and gravity exists, you just have to get the spine checked for VSC; a VSC can affect those same organ systems i.e. your whole body too. So get checked and get all your nutrients. Don’t believe the hype of there’s “nothing we can do”, you’ll have to “take this the rest of your life”, or “we’ll have to remove it”. Just be a skeptic always, instead of asking me questions, which is fine, ask your MD. Ask your specialist. Make sure they communicate with each other and ask if they ever want to find the cause to your problem instead of managing symptoms forever.

A little bit about Carl:
Carl Paoli was born in the United States and grew up in Spain where his passion for physical activity led me to delve into action sports such as snowboarding, skiing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, and karate. He became an elite gymnast in Spain where he trained and competed on the national circuit for more than fifteen years and received numerous accolades, including a National Gold Medal for Vault. He lives in San Francisco and works on creating educational content on YouTube for athletes and movers of all levels.
In November of 2010, he launched GymnasticsWOD.com, one of the largest online resources for gymnastics movement training and conditioning for CrossFit coaches and athletes. I have coached thousands of athletes around the world through the GymnasticsWOD website and by way of my Freestyle Connection seminars. In 2011 Carl was part of the coaching team for Annie Thorisdottir, who went on to become the first two-time winner of the CrossFit Games in 2011 and 2012. In July of 2014, he published his first book, FREESTYLE, which went on to become a New York Times Best Seller in the Sports Category. Later that year he invested in STR/KE MVMNT and operate as the Global Ambassador for the brand.

Meditation has personally had an incredible impact on my life. In fact, I would say it has been life-changing in that I no longer have anxiety; I respond to stressful situations more peacefully; and I am more present in all areas of my life. Whether you've never tried it, are a newbie to it, or are an avid meditation practitioner, here are 5 scientific-based reasons to meditate:
1: Understand your pain
2: Lower stress
3: Connect better
4: Improve focus
5: Reduce brain chatter
Sometimes, I like to look at Mondays like a relationship.
If it's the wrong one, you'll be the one that complains about it... Gets frustrated before it's even Monday. Maybe you're in a relationship with the wrong company (your job, or have the wrong position?)
If you find yourself looking back at who you used to be. Like. "Man, what was I thinking when I was with her/him?" (her/him being Robusta beans, or just bad coffee in general). You are headed in the right direction.
If you find yourself saying. "it's a great day, and I wish everyday would be like this day." You have won the lottery, and you should not let that go!
For me, great coffee does it, and so does great food.... I know, I'm easy to please, but I'm single. So, I don't require much, because there is no significant other to ask certain behavior from. Besides, how is that a bad thing? I'm not the one going. "Ugh - Monday!" 😂
