A la hora de hacer un plan de alimentación, los snacks suelen ser uno de nuestros mayores aliados, porque nos ayudan a saciar esos antojos a lo largo del día, aquí el único chiste es que esos snacks sean de calidad y no de lo primero que nos encontremos por ahí.
A continuación te dejo algunos ejemplos de mis snacks favoritos dentro de consulta:
-Tiras de zanahoria con hummus🥕
-Manzana con crema de cacahuate🥜
-Pepino con limón y sal🥒
-Tacos de jícama rellenos de zanahoria
-Carne seca con limón🍋
-Piña en trozos con tajin🍍
-Manzana con canela🍎
-Rollizos de jamón con aguacate🥑
-Nueces y semillas🌰
Trata de evitar🙅🏻♀️:
Barritas, galletas🍪, fruta deshidratada, dulces🍫, etc.
TIP: Puedes preparar varios snacks durante la semana y cargarlos contigo 🎒para que los antojos no te agarren desprevenido/a, o bien acércate con nosotros para decirte que snacks puedes encontrar en alguna tiendita.
Mandatory Easter baking going down 🐣
Some people have asked me to talk more about my diet & what I eat. I honestly don’t do anything special or have some magic “diet”. I also don’t track or count calories. Moderation is everything for me. I don’t believe in cutting out food groups for no reason and restricting myself from things I love. I personally try to stay away from meat and dairy, but other than that I don’t do anything special. I’ve tried all the fad diets, fasts, etc and none of them work (I know, shock). I like to just eat a balanced and varied diet. One day I might eat a salad and another day I might be eating chocolate cake. I keep it simple and listen to my body.

This is the 2nd week in a row I’ve maintained, I’m pleased it’s not a gain but it’s still made me feel a bit shitty😟 so I’m just going to enjoy the Easter weekend with my little family without stressing about my weight!
STOP buying BCAA’s
Another supplement that people are wasting money on.
Now don’t get me wrong, a few years back I was high on buying amino drinks, I couldn’t get enough of the stuff!
I remember having loads of different fancy flavours in my draw as I wanted to find the best flavour, tragic times and a lot of money wasted. • “They contain essential amino acids”. This is true, they contain Leucine, Isoleucine & Valine, 3 essential amino acids.
But that’s the problem, they only contain 3, when a high quality protein powder contains all 9 essential amino acids, while also being £10-£20 cheaper!
• “They can help prevent muscle loss while fasting for fat loss”
When looking at taking BCAA’s while fasting to prevent muscle breakdown, you are now stimulating muscle protein synthesis, and now breaking your ‘fast’. BCAA’s on average contain 4.65kcals per gram.
So, if you’re consuming 10g of BCAA’s during fasted cardio, for example, you’re still consuming 46kcals.
• Then of course we have claims of “when training you go catabolic so you should be sipping on aminos to not lose muscle”
This statement is somewhat true, when lifting weights you will begin to break down muscle tissue, but that’s what is meant to happen!
Once you begin to consume adequate protein, the build and repair process can begin, so you kind of need this to happen, drinking BCAA’s will not make you grow more muscle, especially when other essential amino acids are missing.

My wonderful husband now makes me a smoothie instead of coffee. It is delicious and healthy and keeps me full until 2.
Here's the recipe we use
2 cups almond milk
1 scoop vegan protein powder
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 mini cucumber (we usually do 1/4 of a bug cucumber)
Juice from 1 lemon
A handful of spinach
1/4 cup fresh mint (we use Slique oil which has Spearmint in it and other oils that help curb hunger)
It's so yummy I have to hide it from the kids or they will drink it all lol.

I am obsessed with oatmeal and when I’m on prep, the creamier the better. @heb quick oats (plain), FRESH berries, @flavorgod, @sweetleafstevia vanilla, and cinnamon 🙌🏽. When I can fit it in, I’ll add egg whites or a little @drinkorgain vanilla protein powder 😋. .
For years I boycotted oatmeal because when I was little and money was super tight, I remember having to eat a lot of oatmeal, crackers and boiled eggs. I still don’t care for boiled eggs but oatmeal has become everything to me!!!
Black rice bowl for breakfast? Why not! This one was cooked in coconut milk, a splash of maple syrup then topped with fruits, nuts, and Performance Nut Butter so it's definitely a healthy and delicious way to start your day!

Tofu Steak (Tofu Fritters)🔥🔥🔥
오늘은 #두부스테이크 만들어봤는데 너무 맛있당! 나중엔 자주 만들게 🙆🏻
Hôm nay thử đá nhẹ qua Koreancuisine với món này tiếng Anh là Tofu Steak còn phiên qua tiếng Việt tạm gọi là Chả tàu hủ cho dễ hình dung he. Dễ làm lắm lận, ngon lại còn ít calo nữa 👍.
Có tàu hủ bóp nát rồi vắt qua khăn xô cho chảy bớt nước + cà rốt, ớt chuông đỏ, bắp ngọt, hành ngò tất cả cắt chút chút xíu xiu + một nhúm breadcrumb + 1 trứng + 1 muỗng bột yến mạch hay bột gì cũng được cho nó dễ kết dính + chút muối tiêu. Rồi trộn tất cả lại, vo viên tròn tròn, nếu thấy hỗn hợp hơi nhão thì bỏ tủ lạnh chút rồi hẳn vo viên. Xong đè bẹt nó ra áp chảo vàng đều hai mặt với dầu olive, như mình là hơi cháy cháy rồi đó 😂. Ăn với tương cà là số dách luôn nè 😋.

Free spirits are difficult find & difficult to manipulate. You will feel great in their company.
People with low self-esteem will be intimidated them.
So they will try to manipulate them, calling them crazy.
When they fail to control them, they will try to manipulate how others see them, speaking bad about them.. They don't understand how can they be free. Even if, deep within, they understand it, they will be still calling them weird, just because they don't have balls to set themselves free.
If you feel unique like myself, focus on yourself. Don't try to make people understand something they can't or won't understand.
You're not here to explain your uniqueness to those who are committed to misunderstanding you. You're here to live your life.
And first and foremost.. please don't be these people. Find your uniqueness.
