Quelle est la différence ?

La perte de poids est représentée par le chiffre que tu vois sur la balance. La plupart des gens se focalisent uniquement sur cette donnée et ça peut devenir très frustrant ! Bien souvent, la perte de poids rime avec perte de masse musculaire. Elle ne permet pas de retenir les tissues de qualités (muscles).

Ton poids peut être influencé par différents facteurs : densité osseuse, muscles, eau ou encore le gras.

D’un autre côté on a la perte de gras, qui est représentée par des cellules remplies d’énergies stockées (imagine un sac à glaçon jetable remplie d’eau) qui peut donc influencer la composition de ton corps. Le but de la perte de gras est de diminuer la graisse viscérale et sous-cutanée.

Alors pourquoi privilégier la perte de gras ? La raison est simple. Lors d’une perte de masse grasse, on va chercher à garder le plus de muscles possible.
Plus tu as de muscles et plus tu perdras du gras. Les muscles ont besoins de carburants pour fonctionner et vont augmenter ta dépense énergétique journalière. Il est donc important de conserver au maximum sa masse musculaire lors d’une perte de gras. Esthétiquement parlant aussi, ton corps sera plus tonique !

Ne soit pas obsédé par une perte de poids et focalise-toi sur une perte de gras si c’est ton objectif.

Encore une fois : tu es plus qu’un nombre et ton taux de masse grasse de te détermine pas ! Tes proches t’aime pour la personne que tu es et non pas pour ton reflet dans le miroir. Dans la vie tout est question d’équilibre. Trouve ton équilibre physiquement et mentalement, et ne laisse pas ta vie être guidée par un chiffre quel qu’il soit !

Why not give my fat burning workout a go this morning - I know its Saturday but go on get out of bed and go smash the gym!! It might look easy but trust me you will be sweating by the end of it! Exercise is so good for the mind, body and soul! I used to hate the idea of doing exercise, couldn't run more than 2 minutes on a running machine and had not an ounce of fat or muscle on me! Now - I can't get enough of it, when I am in the gym or running round the track I feel free, my mind lets go of all the stress and the pain and I feel confident.⠀

I bund og grund handler det om at vogne hver dag og glæde sig til den nye dag og de ting der venter en og om aftenen gå i seng med et smil og føle man har haft en god dag. Tilfreds vogne og falde i søvn . Der findes dumme dage.. Men også her kan man stort set altid se noget positivt..vi bor i et land hvor man for hjælp og der findes helt sikkert mange andre på denne jord som, uanset hvor dårligt du synes dit liv er, gerne ville bytte..så vis ikke du er tilfreds, så se hvad du kan ændre så du bliver det, er du syg så se hvad du selv kan gøre for at få det bedre og er du ked af det/utilfreds så gør noget ved det.. The concept of top sets and back off sets is something that was introduced into my new program BUILD 2.0 (link in bio) 🏆 Using this structure has multiple benefits 💯 You will find that you will have an increase in performance when you lift a heavy weight followed by a lighter weight 👌 The heavier weight helps you to exert more force which then makes you more explosive and stronger when you reduce the weight back down 💥 It also provides you with an opportunity to both test and build your strength 💡 You can test your strength in the top set by lifting heavy for maximal reps 🔥 But you will also build your strength by accumulating additional volume during the back off sets 💪.

These 2 pictures are exactly 1 year apart! The one on the left was just over 2 months into my health journey...I had lost about 17 lbs. at that point. I met my goal weight 1 month after that picture & started on my maintenance plan. Now, 1 year later, I am exactly the same weight! I have SO much energy that sometimes it’s hard to even sit down & relax 😂  I wake up very early every day...a result of the gentle fat-burning state my body is always in because of my optimal health plan...I work out intensely 6 days a week...building muscle & strength...I no longer take any supplements & have no symptoms of menopause or the joint pain I was feeling when I began. When something triggers a memory from the past. Our mind tries to play tricks on you either through reliving the memories, flash backs, talking negative to our selfs or shutting down, isolating our selfs⁉️
It’s hard not to think that we are back in the same position. 😔
We are hard on our self when we are triggered but in times like this we have the remember that:

Letting your brain wonder can be a scary thing! But when we leave our thoughts in our minds for to long, our brain starts to think that’s it’s the way to think. Weather its though drawing, journaling, talking to someone, exercising etc
Let whatever your thinking out it might take awhile but bit by bit it will help you re-wirer your brain to understand that it’s okay to feel the way your feeling 
It’s Easier said then done but you can do it 💪🏽😉
