This year we decided not to give Z an advent toy set. We gifted her with experiences instead. From exploring Canyon Lights, a visit to see Santa, watching her first Canucks SuperSkills show, making raw bars and creating arts and crafts. I want her to remember the memories shared with loved ones and not the material things. Looking forward to wrapping up 2018 with more adventures! Wishing everyone a holiday season that is merry and bright!

Richmond Public Market
Glad to say Richmond has some decent food court places to eat! This place offers their signature beef noodles for only $10. It was a such a large portion too so it was very filling. Ordered a braised Tofu on the side which they added to the noodles 😂 The noodles are pretty flavourful but the beef could be a bit softer. Other than that it’s a good spot to try for a cheap price ✌🏻

Since I had a jar of boiled chickpeas and wanted to use something except for hummus, I made .... chickpea cookies with walnuts and coconut !! ひよこ豆茹でたの余ってたからクッキー作った。味はきな粉クッキーをスノーボールクッキーにした感じかな。多分小麦粉と卵は入れなくても作れる。🍪 Ingredients: Mushed chickpeas with sugar or sugar substitutes, eggs, oil or butter, peanut butter or any other nut butter of your choice, baking powder, and flour.
