Made this on Monday too but before that it had been waaay too long. I forgot how good it is!! Used brown rice noodles and added chicken sausage & mushrooms and omg 🤤 Recipe link in my bio, ya gotta get on this one! (It’s dairy free too!)

People always ask me how I'm doing as a new mama. Pretty well is my typical response, but the truth is... feeling well is not enough. I want to feel great, I want to sleep, I want to exercise, I want my body back, I want to have energy to conquer my goals and dreams all while taking care of and putting my son's needs before mine. I want I want I want I want! Sounds selfish maybe? Being a stay at home mama to an 8 month old is no easy task. Yes, I get that some people have it harder or some people have it easier and I am trying really hard not to compare myself to others for my journey is only that, My Own. That brings me to this post. I am using this platform to hold myself accountable for the next 30 days (at least!) as a new mama to be tranparent to MySelf.
