Guys are great! (Most times) and there are very few people that will be there for you like a guy that is you best friend. But even when you can find the absolute best guy you can tell absolutely anything to (that hasn’t developed feelings for you 😛) there are some things that He will never be able to relate to. No matter how much he would comfort your period pains, or agree how much off an A**hole that guy is, his experience and understanding of life will always be different. He cannot replace the satisfaction that comes from being truly understood by a strong woman going through similar things. Nor should you expect him too. You will be able to confide things that she would just be able to know without you having to explain: Every. Little. Detail. Or even really say words… HECK you barely even know why you feel the way you feel sometimes. Sometimes you will need someone that can be as mad as you are about something without offering the sensible logic that our guy friends are SOOOO “generous” to bestow on us, even when we don’t ask. (Thanks Guys). They may be a little (alot) more dramatic than their guy counterparts, but trust me, they always make it worth it in the end. -

When consuming Burdock: I have always used fresh Burdock as it contains more nutrition & antioxidants.
This is a photo (taken a few minutes ago) of our fresh Burdock Root.
This is available from me in UK although I am limited to weekly fresh supplies.
DM me for enquires.
Burdock root benefits
🌱It’s a powerhouse of antioxidants
Research from 2010 has shown that burdock root contains multiple types of powerful antioxidants, including quercetin, luteolin, and phenolic acids.
Antioxidants protect cells in the body from damage due to free radicals. They can help treat and prevent a number of different health conditions. The antioxidant action helps reduce inflammation. One 2014 study found that burdock root reduced inflammatory markers in the blood for patients with osteoarthritis.
🌱It removes toxins from the blood
One of the most common traditional uses for burdock root has been to purify the blood. Recent evidence has found that burdock root can remove toxins from the bloodstream. A 2011 study found that burdock root effectively detoxified blood and promoted increased circulation.
🌱It may inhibit some types of cancer: the 2011 study also found that burdock seeds had “potent inhibitory effects” on the growth of tumors caused by cancers like pancreatic carcinoma.
Another 2016 study found burdock root significantly interfered with cancer cell growth. While more research is needed to determine the full effects of burdock seeds on different types of cancers and tumors, this is still a significant finding.
Happy International Day for Biological Diversity! 🦋🦍Here's a fascinating repost by the Arcus Foundation!❤️Biodiversity Day reminds us of the variety of life on Earth, how it's all connected, and why it matters. 🌎Protecting one species often protects many others, which means ape conservation goes beyond a future for bonobos, chimpanzees, gibbons, gorillas, and orangutans. Without the seeds bonobos disperse when they eat, up to 18 plant species would go extinct. 🌿Conservation action for the orangutan--who requires large forest ranges due to its solitary behavior--help safeguard Indonesia's vast plant and animal life. The mountain gorilla is a large-scale grazer whose disappearance would disrupt the natural balance of the food chain due to the excess in vegetation. How else does ape conservation benefit the web of life? 🤔📷: @arcusgreatapes#repost#facts#knowledge#biodiversity#connected#nature#animals#forest#conservation#protect#primate#ape#earth

Being a millionaire consists of a few things and it starts with the mindset. Reading and gathering knowledge in whatever form is best for you is a must! Millionaires are educated!⠀
Making money is key. Find a way to make passive income consistently. You need roughly $115/hour to make $1 million in a year. Find an income that pays you in your sleep and you’ll be rich forever.⠀
Be the hardest worker there. You don’t have to be the hardest worker there but if you want it now then take advantage of your potential and the time you have. Quit slacking, start working.⠀

So many people don't even know what sex stands for. It stands for "Sacred Energy Exchange" sex is the ultimate energy exchange. When two people engage in sex it isn't just something that feels good scientifically speaking it's an act that helps you manifest things together. Condom or not you retains DNA from each man that dips his stick in your honeypot shawty. What does this mean? First it means the female was created to be beautiful and provide wifely duties and sex for one man. Which is why so many women look old at young ages cuz each guy he weakens your aura and your beauty. So today if you ask random people try it yourself they will tell you they have 3 to 5 sexual partners a year if they honest. Let's say a woman has 5 partners a year starting at the age of 20 by 30 she will acquire 50 bodies. That's 50 different spirits have interacted with her 50 different traits she had acquired as well. This is why women become damaged broken beyond fixing type of women. The sexual choices you make in your early adulthood affects the type of life and man you may be able to get once your beauty and looks start to fade.💯 #logical#truth#allfacts#knowledge#deepthoughts
Anthony Kenny’s History of Western Philosophy was a great read from a couple of years ago. His language is very comprehensive & he gives a sweeping, broad overview of Western Philosophy; the thinkers, their books, how they were received & the historical context.
The ease of reading is why I’d recommend this book so much for anyone who’s interested in really getting into Western Philosophy. Of course, BBC’s series “In Our Time” would be a great way for newbies to dip their toes into virtually any subject. But once you’ve read a few philosophies & are debating, this could be a great investment because of how comprehensive it is.
Of course, it’s not the only option. The Story of Philosophy by Will Durrell or the old classic by the same name, Bertand Russell are other great options to explore. Visit your local library or a University one to explore further.
Why even read a history of philosophy when there are so many philosophical books already calling your name? My answer’s simple, it’s a great way to explore most of Western world’s intellectual history within a single year. From this, you can better decide which of the 1000’s of available philosophical books to read in more detail. I like overviews followed by detailed nitty gritty. Or nitty gritty until something doesn’t make sense, then I’ll look for an overview to fill in all those missing pieces.
How do you prefer learning about a subject? Broad overview first, or straight for the nitty gritty details? Have you read any histories of a subject or discipline?
In the name of Allah,
Our religion has got to us through the most severe and difficult of times, history will vouch that Shi'ism got to us through blood, struggle and the ink of our scholars.
The quill feather represents the struggles and efforts of the companions of the holy Imams and our scholar's persue to writing the knowledge of the Prophet and his holy household, the quill feather is a reminder that knowledge and the protection of knowledge is the foundation of all foundations, the perfection of all perfections.
The sword of Dhulfiqar which is symbolic represents that we are all lions of the Commander of the Faithful Ali bin Abi Talib, we all seek to be brave and courageous like the Master of Monotheism.
Combining the quill feather and the sword of Dhulfiqar represents knowledge and strength, and that is what the channel; The Purified Truth seeks to achieve.

05/22/2019 • ENERGY READING • The Hermit (Reversed) x Bear 🐻
• • •
If you’ve been dealing with the aftermath of a period of shadow work, over-isolating yourself, and/or feeling directionless and lost on your path, The Hermit reversed is telling you that your dark night is coming to an end. While it’s still incredibly important to maintain that foundation of inner strength through quiet contemplation, the Hermit reversed reminds us that connecting in community with like minded/conscious people is just as spiritual as time in solitude — and in these times, very much a necessary part of our soul’s growth. Consider how you can begin reconnecting with friends, in meetups, etc. to help get you out of your shell! Sometimes dark periods of confusion and uncertainty are necessary for our growth, but Bear appears to reassure us that renewal is at hand and that while the beginning may be a bit shaky here and there, the light of the sun is now available to light the way for us. You may find that more information and/or truth is being revealed to you that will assist you in reorienting you on your path as you adjust to this shift from dark to light. Trust that whatever this information is it is here to illuminate and provide clarity rather than confuse. If you encounter any roadblocks or if insecurities rise up from within, never forget you have the strength inside you to push ahead. When in doubt remember the lesson of the Hermit and drop down to your heart to let it lead the way. 💗

this trip helped me figure out my identity as an american.
in my adult life, i can’t say i’ve ever felt really proud to be an american. the times i visited europe, i didn’t want to fill that loud, obnoxious american stereotype. that feeling is a million times stronger now with this buffoon in office running our country.
when i learned more about the airlift campaign (and how america is still held in high regards in west berlin for its role during it), it made me feel really, REALLY proud to be an american. we helped save millions of people from starvation in west berlin, when they were our enemies a few years prior during WW2 (this was in 1948 and ‘49), because that was the right, humane thing to do. because love is the answer, even when forces of hate try to separate us with force and walls. THERE’S A BIG LESSON HERE 🧠🧠🧠 that modern day america can learn from...
Be #denseaware: You are classified as having "dense breasts" if more than 50% of your breast is made of fibroglandular tissue. Doctors are required by law to give you this information as it may reduce the effectiveness of your mammogram results. For follow-up imaging of dense breasts, that is radiation-free and compression-free, contact QTbreasthealth to schedule a 3D QTscan.
