Who’s is the smartest person you know?
Trick question. Most of you will never answer truthfully. Because of embarrassment or thinking it is selfish or shameful.
The answer: YOU.
With each of us there is no one smarter than yourself. For that person ultimately has to make every decision in your life. They have to be the smartest to make all those decisions for you. We make every decision with all the information we have at that very moment. So is there “mistakes”? Not for most decisions. But if you do something knowing it’s not right or something against your true self, then that could count as a mistake. Because you made a choice that you knew better. No one will ever be able to make better judgement decisions for you than you, as long as you take the pause and use every bit of the knowledge within and around you to make the decision to your true self.
Every wrong decision or “mistake” you have or ever will make in your life is because of ego and judgement. They just get in the way and cloud up the true knowledge you have. They divert you away from your true self.
What is “true self”? You might have heard this before. But please see it and believe it. It’s a matter of desired life or undesired life.
The True You : Imagine the most grateful, compassionate, and empathetic you possible. This is your true self. This is who will make all the right decisions for you. This is the very person that will produce the most amazing life you could ever imagine. This is who you were meant to be.
Be this person. Today.

Believe what you see?
Yes, but you have to understand that what you believe is your very own perception of what you saw. Sounds weird, I know.
It’s like this. If I was to say imagine a tree, everyone has a different image pop up in their head. Believe or not, same thing happens when we all stand in an orchard and look at the same tree. Everyone has a different perception of that tree. Maybe some similar aspects but many different views. Like not enough leaves. Very long trunk. Not enough fruit. Limbs too long. Tree too short.
See all of these perceptions becoming judgements? When we look at something with ego and judgement, we lose out on the opportunities to just experience the tree. Our perception becomes further separated from others.
Now, when we start experiencing what we see, hear, taste, touch, and smell without judgement, we can understand what is truly in front of us. We can understand the world as it is instead of how we perceive it through our judgements. Our empathy for others and this world grows every time we just experience without judgement.
If only we could just “read the words” without judgement. Only then do we really experience the world as it is.
Try this. Try to see things as they are. Not how you want them to be. Set aside ego and judgement to really experience life.
