I work out 5 times a week and eat tacos 3 times a week it’s called balance. ⚖️ . I genuinely wish I could have 6 pack abs and if I apply myself I totally could! I just love food WAYYYY too much, so who am I kidding... lol (side note: check out all my hair I have now!!! My mullet hair is almost Gone!! 🙌🏾 no more Andrea Dirtay! ) •
Whipped this little number up in under 30 minutes last night and boy was it delicious! We used @sanremopasta Pulse Pasta Penne with @lacasadelformaggio smooth ricotta, baby spinach, asparagus, peas, brussel sprouts, pine nuts, lemon zest, parmesan cheese and chilli! Used a combination of 2 recipies from @sanremopasta and @lacasadelformaggio and added in a few extra ingredients! Love how creamy this was using the ricotta as an alternative to cream! 😋😋 😋

Talk about REFRESHING!! First Cucumbers of the season and ICE COLD.
These are be a side to the Lasagna I just removed from the oven. (Pics to come, people, don't rush me. lol)
But I can't. stop. eating them. I love cucumber, The Hubs and kids all love them too. It's a good thing, cuz they be POPIN' in the garden. Yay!
It's my first year sucessfully using any kind of trellis with my cucumbers. Typically, I just neglect them, they sprawl, get bugs or take over and that's that. We eat a lot of them too, don't get me wrong, but it's always a mess. I even PRUNED them, (once) this year, you guys! It's gonna be a banner Year at the Anderson urban garden.

FINALLY made my way down to a San Diego institution, @carnitassnacks ‼️ where everything revolves around PORK 😍😍 this is the Swine Club- a triple decker sandwich with pork belly, ham, bacon, BBQ chips and more!!! 🤤🤤 who else cannot live without pork in their lives?!

Found a new Chinese restaurant in Plano today and folks let me tell you, this place is LEGIT. 👌
We got a crispy lamb, peppercorn bean sprouts, and garlic eggplant.
It's been a while since I've been this excited about Chinese restaurant that doesn't specialize in Sichuan food. I'm super excited to come back and try out more of their menu!!! 😋
Do your kiddos love fruit snacks and/or fruit roll ups?! Need a yummy snack great for traveling or on the go?! 🙋🏻♀️ These are so yummy and healthy! As a mom of two toddlers getting them to eat veggies isn’t always easy! 🥦 I offer them but they aren’t always taken! Hahaha anyone else feel my pain?! 🤪
These fruit roll ups are packed and ready to hit the road with us tomorrow. Not only do they taste super yummy... they are made with fruit AND veggies! 🥳 Had to hide them so my boys would stop eating them. 😏

Black Bean Brownies - we love them!! They’re naturally gluten free and dairy free.
You really can’t tell that they’re made out of black beans!! I feel like the texture of these are a cross between a brownie and a cake, a little spongey and a little fudgey.
This is the recipe from @mennonitegirlscancook .
BLACK BEAN BROWNIES
1-19 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed well
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup, sifted cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Grease a 9 " inch pan. Line with parchment paper.
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until it is all liquid with no lumps.
Pour into the cake pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan, and cool completely.
Cover and refrigerate over night. In my opinion this tastes best cold straight out of the fridge.
Serve with whip cream or ice cream if desired. The last time, I melted a bit of dark chocolate with natural peanut butter and it was delicious!!
FRESH BURGER. I am always up for a burger, especially during the summer! When we aren't grilling up burgers at home on the BBQ or on the stove, we love checking out new burger joints! @freshburgercanada has a solid burger and is totally worth checking out!
Most fad diets and weight-loss products claim to magically help you burn fat and lose weight. Trust me, I was the queen of fad diets.🤔
However, let me tell you something. If a so called diet sounds too good to be true, it probably is! And we all know that these diets are not sustainable.😢
Choose healthy and real life sustainable eating over quick weight-loss gimmicks. Trust me, your body will love you for it!🥰
