Não sei quanto a você, mas eu já percebi que focar no problema/desculpa não resolve nada. O que precisamos fazer é focar na solução, encontrar uma maneira inteligente de resolver esses descontentamentos. Reconhecer os erros ou problemas, claro, mas a ênfase deve ser na solução, sempre!
Acertando mais, tornando os acertos contextuais, e os erros pontuais, essa é a solução!

Here’s some clips from today’s lower body session 🦵
After warming up I hit 3x2 on my squats (130kg/140kg/150kg). I then did some technical snatch work (jumps) and I finished with 3x2 sumo deadlifts (160kg/170kg/180kg), oh sorry and then 3x8 single leg hip thrusters with 3x8 hanging straight leg raises.
I was really pleased with hitting these numbers today because I haven’t done anything heavy for nearly 2 months and I’ve only been lifting weights 2-3 times a week.
Today’s session was purely done off feel also. I knew I was hitting legs but once I was there I was like “I fancy going heavy today!” Due to my work and life being pretty hectic/busy at the moment my training has no real structure but what I am focusing on is listening to my mind/body.
If I only want/feel like training for 30mins one day, I will. But then the next time I train I might have an hour and like today, feel strong, so I’ll push.
Then I also have my BJJ at the moment which is giving me a new focus, but at the same time, I’m just having fun with it and not putting too much pressure on myself.
For me, this is working right now. Aiming for 2-3 weights sessions and 1-2 BJJ sessions, with the overall focus of just having fun and training off how I feel that day.
Is it optimum? No. I’d always suggest a pretty rigid gym regime for 4-6 weeks per phase to monitor progressive overload but right now that isn’t realistic for me.
Ps. Enjoy it first, then the results will come!

A scarcity mindset is a fear that there will never be enough resources, even when there is an abundance of them. It makes us believe that our situations are permanent, makes us envious of others and overindulge. When resources is perceived to be limited, paranoia, fears and politics thrive. And in this environment, the nervous system and judgement is impacted. You can’t see the opportunities around you even if they exist. ⠀
There is money to be earned and opportunity to be created in the world even in the tumultuous times. And even during the 2008 crisis were the global economy was deeply impacted, people and companies were still making money, some even thrived and new opportunities emerged. Some of the biggest companies today in the top 500 were created during that time. ⠀
But in order to see these opportunities in those times we need to be in a strong emotional state and that’s when having worked on improving our mindset matters. ⠀
