Congratulations to Our 8 Week Partner Fat Loss Challenge Winners, Husband & Wife duo @ez_za89 & @louiskrip who lost a whopping 15.1kg and had a 50.78% reduction Off their sum of 4 Site Skin folds 😳
We had 19 partnerships (38 participants) who took part in the challenge. All of whom had pre and post Skinfold and Girth measurements to track progress from start to finish.
Each participant committed to 3 training sessions per week over the 8 week period and was given an individualized calorie and macro specific nutrition plan to follow as well as how to incorporate & utilize flexible dieting to ensure sustainability and longevity. The results were huge 😳
We had a total of 109.3kg in Scale Weight lost to go with 1196mm in Skinfold reductions 🙌
